I would leave 6 stars if I could. I've been here many times, and this place has yet to disappoint! The food is a bit messy but delicious. I mean, genuinely, what is for sure a top-tier burger place. I've eaten many burgers, I've even worked at a burger place. Wayback is worth your money. A little under $10 will get you a truly delectable burger. Well worth in the 2024 market.

If I could give it no stars I would. We got a buffalo chicken sandwhich and it was raw!!! Like pink slimy raw. And all the employee had to say was it was the right temp. It was our first time. Never will go back after that. This was on 3/13/2024.

The food was excellent and the Service ppl was nice. However the reason why I couldn't do 5 was a certain thing that happened that caught me off guard and was hard to debate on if I should share this part or not since I'm not sure if this is already well known or not by the owner:As I was waiting for my food with few ppl in the building the staff was having casual conversation. However loudly ((where like ppl can hear in the building. I wasn't listening in and this caught me off guard))One of the staff workers says "It must be because im racist"Which was awkward to kinda hear out loud when waiting for food and felt uncomfortable.I hope this was helpful to tell and let you know if the owner reads this. This was yesterday around afternoon. The food was great and again the staff ppl was nice.

I'm so disappointed. My husband took my daughter to lunch because juniors received a 45 min lunch break for raising money.My daughter was ordering before my husband walked up. My daughter asked for something from the menu and was told "no." Then my husband walked up to the register and her tone and attitude with my daughter changed.Next, why was my family's order the only one that was put under light and his name never called? He watched and waited. He had to ask the guy if it was his order. He never apologized for the inconvenience (several people before and after him had their name called, as their food was under the lamp).Now in this day and age, everyone is skeptical about race motivated issues. But I'd rather a business just state who is welcomed and who is not. I actually used to door dash from there once a week. But that will no longer happen.It would be nice for companies to realize that the consumers help pay the bills. Customer service and treating people fairly will go a long way.

Good fresh burger, but had to wait a bit. I assumed setting a pickup time would mean it's ready then, but I understand making it fresh. Got a brownie shake as well free with the burger. Very fresh but not as flavorful as I'd like, will be back to try Cajun style tots.
