Wasted an entire hour up here for an interview.
This is the slowest Wendyâs. The staff is constantly saying they are understaffed. I just waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for my mobile order. Of course itâs cold. I havenât been to this Wendyâs in several months because of this issue but I thought tonight I would give them a chance because I wanted a burger and the entire time Iâm in the line waiting I was thinking âdamn I shouldâve just went to Braums.â If they are not going to send this location some help then CLOSE IT DOWN. Itâs not worth the wait.

Complete disappointment and wast of time and money. I should've got paid for this crap. Last time I ever eat at a wendys. Even BK's better than this. Made fresh my butter. That burger was garbage took one bite threw it away, fries cold as can be half raw too. Would've asked to remake but after the rude attitude I got ordering I just left. Hope corporate sorts them out or an inspector. What's wrong with people these days after covid?? They can just treat customers like trash and get away with it. I guess that's normal now. I don't really blame the workers, it's the managers/corporate allowing this to go on. Hope they pick their game up and treat customers professionally with kindness and actually give a damn about the food they are making. I paid way to much for a bag of food to receive an attitude from the start and a bag of poorly made garbage 10 minutes later.

Every employee I talked to (just two of them, to be fair) seemed like they absolutely hated being at Wendy's. I assume they're paid for their time. They sure don't act like it. I actually paid just over 20 dollars to be treated like a nuisance at a place where I'm supposed to spend money.
I didn't curse your employees, or even get upset with them. By just ordering food at the food place, I obviously grievously wounded their pride. How dare anyone ask them to...do what they're paid for? Not even above and beyond. Just (1)take the money (2)hand me the food. You still messed that up.
Don't go here, and I won't either.

bro the baconator fries are so disappointing. its literally just some shredded cheese with four pieces of bacon on top. no cheese sause or anything and the shredded cheese doesnt even get melted

This place has some of the rudest employees I've ever encountered. Drive to the city- it's worth your time. Especially since I can confirm this is an ongoing issue.

Front doors get stuck together. The kiosk works for a little ans and then kicks you out
The cashier tries to force you to upgrade your meal or tries to get yoh to order stuff you didnt even ask for and gets upset when you say no
One of the bathrooms is closed and the one that is open has a toilet doesnt flush. The soda machine is out. The floors are always wet.
All in all don't come here, especially if you need the bathroom

The app has not worked for this location in over a week so I cannot get or use my rewards or order online. They said itâs down for maintenance but I think they just donât want to use the app. This is very frustrating.
