my husband and I went inside and ordered. received our order and the fries were cold so I took them back to the front counter and asked for fresh hot fries. so the woman behind the counter comes back with a few fries in a fry container and says try these before I get you a whole order so I touched a fey and they were the same cold fries she originated us. so I said no those are cold, I want hot fresh fries so she says ok it's gonna take 3 minutes I said ok. sat down and she calls me back to the counter to pick up the fresh hot fries instead of bringing them to our table. wow I hope this idiot isn't the manager. really? handing me cold fries, here try these ?? absolutely ridiculous for any employee to do that. as much money as these places charge now the very least they can do is serve fresh made to order food. I'm tired of this crappy service and i will take back any food that is not hot. DO BETTER WENDY'S!! get some employees who don't hate their job. and managers that care.

The most consistently poor wendy's i have ever been to. I've ordered probably 5 separate times and there has always been something wrong with the order. They aren't checking the order details #1 , if I ask for no tomato I get it sometimes no one is perfect.. But if you miss the key ingredient of bacon on a jr. Bacon it gets a little irritating
This last time the order taker was annoyed that I drove back and didn't apologize

Ordered this burger & was eating paying no mind to it and realized it wasn’t cooked all the way. Usually no big deal , but never had that at a fast food place. Brought it up there to let them know, and dude acted like it was a burden telling him. Got a burger remade( found its way to the trash too)but only brought it to their attention so others might get cooked fully. Guess it was better than a roach like some other reviews show though

We went inside to... Quick and friendly service.. saucy nuggets were okay not as good as I thought it would be.. but good.. French fries are always good.. I like the drink options at the drink kiosk.. However 5 employees and a manager in that tiny store.. 5 employees just standing around chit chat and eating... The floors and table could be cleaned during the time they are standing around while chit chat and eating.. by the looks of the floor and tables the bathrooms probably could have used a cleaning as well.. Small store easy to manage... Should be extremely spotless always.

We stopped in for a quick dinner on the way to pick up grandkids to head out to the football game.
The music was so loud the cashier screwed up our order. My husband repeated him self 7 times. Or maybe the cashier is hard of hearing.
We both ordered a number 6. The sandwiches were hot but not very spicy at all. The lettuce was hard. We both picked it off. Our fries were not hot and fresh. We only ate a few. We ordered saucy nuggets and got regular ones that were as frosty as our fries.
My husband went to order some saucy ones and had to repeat himself 7 times before the same cashier understood what he was saying. I was getting annoyed and I was sitting at the table. My husband speaks very clearly.
We get those nuggets and they look nothing like the picture. The container was very hard to open. Finally, he got it open. Wish he wouldn’t have. They weren’t hit at all and the taste not so great.
This is my second time here and neither time was a good or tasty experience. We won’t be back to expensive to get crap quality food.

Oh goodness, this location suffered from all new staff and heavy traffic for a while but after giving it some time, this is a top notch Wendy’s. Great food and we love to go get a frosty occasionally. Staff is very friendly!

ordered simply a number 1 which is a burger and fries and when i get home i open the bag to 2 orders of fries so i paid 12 dollars for no burger just this.

My first time to visit a new and improved Wendy’s location! Service is and was thoughtful, fast and sweet. Thankful for the uplifting experience which was an addition to the refreshing Parmesan Cesar salad I also had for the first time. Thank you Wendy’s <3
False advertising. I ordered a salad. I’ve not been to a ff restaurant in a year or so. No salads come with chicken. The picture showed chicken,everything invoked it had chicken. I bring it home, open it up. I paid 8+ for a tiny box of lettuce, less apples, and even lesser portion of pecans. What a joke. They either need to add a line item on thier digital menu, which they can change any time, or stop advertising that they will come with chicken. The people were very nice but the institution needs to be better.

Leisha the women that works there in the morning was incredibly rude to me at the speaker. Horrible customer service. And when I pulled up I heard her talking rudely and condescending to the young boy that works there. I felt so bad for him! Corporate please do something about that woman
