I placed on online order. It went through. Pull up to the drive thru, no response. We pull up to window, no response. After pulling through 3 times, knocking on the window, the 3 employees ignoring us, the manager finally opened the window and said they were closed due to short staffing. I can understand being closed due to that, but it’s not hard to A, answer the window, B, put up signage saying that the restaurant is currently closed, and c, to make it apparent that they were closed in literally any way! Very disappointed with this location. Will not be returning.

It's 10:30, and I was about to place a moble order when I saw that though their website and Maps say they close at 1, the employees were sitting on top of their cars in the dark with all the building's lights off. Taco Bell next door was still open.

Went through the drive through around 8:30pm. No cars except me. No one answered for several minutes. Chicken sandwich and fries were both stale. Won’t be back. Pretty sad since it’s a new restaurant.

The photo says enough.. We went through the drive-thru. 3 new employees.. okay no big deal we’re patient. the trainee clearly wasn’t ready to be put on yet and we could hear the manager yelling at him. we ordered a “bottle of water or dr pepper, which ever is easiest” she snaps an attitude “Um no. he needs to learn so” we spent 15 minutes just ordering.. still being patient. get to the window they gave us a different price than they did at the speaker, still no big deal. we pay and get 2 of our drinks and she tells us to park because our burger was still cooking. we pulled up and waited 40 minutes. during that time we checked our receipt to see we were charged for 3 drinks and we only received 2. when they brought our food out we asked for our drink and they accused us of hiding it in the car. whatever bad customer service experience we were planning on just leaving it be i don’t normally write reviews. we waited so long we just ate in the car on the way home. my mom started feeling sick so she flipped on the light AND ITS RAW. not to mention our fries were cold. i’m not understanding why we waited an hour for cold fries and raw meat. we called to tell them they need to adjust the grill and she once again got an attitude, yelled at us and hung up. we like coming here because it’s close and convenient but definitely will not be returning. over priced food for bad service, bad food, and bad attitudes.

It's Wendy's - better than average fast food but sometimes some confusion with custom orders. We don't request extravagant things but just prefer no toppings; nothing crazy but don't always get what was requested.At any rate the staff is friendly and the quality of food is what I expected.

We were driving thru Oklahoma and decided to stop at this Wendy's before Oklahoma City.There was no one in line when we walked in, we walked up to the counter and we weren't acknowledged that should have been our first clue but we thought they are working drive- thru so we decided to put our order in the kiosk.Waited easily over 10 minutes for a sloppy burger that had mustard all over the place and some serious cold fries.The condiment area was a hot mess and the tables were sticky. Not worth the $20.We will drive the extra miles next time. None of the workers had any name tags so we can't tell you who was working.They were cordial but seemed way over their head and not aware of the quality needed.I hope the management and owner of this franchise is paying attention.
