I been to this location sporadically since I moved to the area. Always extremely slow. My most recent visit I had a number two and a chicken salad. They parked me and took 30 minutes on a simple order. I tried to give this place a chance but I’m done.

Parking: Depends on the time of day but this location stays busy. Parking lot is definitely hard to get around in during rush hours

Food was great as usual, it might be best professional practice not to use pronouns when speaking on a headset. Never know if someone is on cancer hormone treatments or something else... we had to wait a while in line for our 2 spicy chicken sandwiches assumption is they had to cook them fresh but they were very hot and fresh when we got them. Fries had a slight taste of old oil but we dealt with it. Shake machine was working so we were able to get our shakes, they were delicious. I asked for some salt packets for my fries and was told I could have some but they never put any in the bag. They did put the other sauces in however. The 9 pc Nashville hot whatachicken was awesome too we will definitely order more of those in the near future.
Never mobile order at this store. I’ve never taken my time to leave a review on anyplace until now. I consistently sit and wait in a parking spot for 20-30 minutes before having to go inside and do their job for them
