It is with a heavy heart that I have to give Wich Pho a 1 star review. This has been my favorite pho place since they opened; I was one of their first dozen customers. Something changed within the last year or so; the service from the cashiers has just been atrocious, but last night was unacceptable. I did not ask his name, but the Indian man that worked 08/04/25’s dinner shift was extremely rude. Everything was a hassle for him; he got our order wrong and blamed me— the interaction could have been used to highlight how not to run a restaurant.
The food is typically great (the best in Edmond), however this night, half of our party’s food was sub par at best. I’ll be taking at least a year long hiatus from this establishment to allow them to clean house, because I can’t imagine going back to be treated with such hostility again. I haven’t seen a dinner rush there in at least a year, so for their sake I hope things change, but if this is how they’re going to keep hiring and treating their customers, I hope it doesn’t change. Failure is the only teacher for people like this. I wish you the best of luck, because this truly was the best Pho spot in the city.

So yummy! I got beef pho take out order, and the broth was full of flavor. The amount food was a great portion. They wernt stingy not stingy! 10/10 recommend!

I ordered to-go food and it did not disappoint! I ordered the lemon grass vermicelli with noodles, the egg rolls, matcha milk tea, and Vietnamese coffee. Food portions were perfect for individual people and everything tasted delicious. The matcha milk tea and the coffee was perfect on flavor and sweetness. I can't wait to order food from here again! :)

Wich Pho is absolutely fantastic! I ordered the Chicken Pho, and it was hands-down some of the best I've ever had — so flavorful, fresh, and comforting. My parents each ordered the Filet Pho, and they couldn’t stop bragging about how tender and delicious the beef was. Everything was perfectly cooked, and the broth was rich without being too heavy. We were all really impressed and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Ordered the combo vermicelli bowl. The pork had good flavor. I am sure this would have been good in the restaurant. But it was takeout and not packed properly. The hot meat cooked the noodles in the to-go box. It was all hot when I opened the box. Noodles were mush. The fresh cucumber was cooked as well. Never get the vermicelli bowl to go. Gross.
Always get the traditional beef pho & To drink a Lychee passion fruit green tea with lychee jelly!!😋

The food was good and I enjoyed coming here, but today they have a waitresses look like Indian who prepared the food with rings and woolen bracelets without gloves and the other waiter who prepared the food with the same gloves and then cleaned up the dirty dishes made me never dare to eat there again.

I ordered 2 Beef PHO dinners. Which was supposed to be 1 rare thinly sliced steak. Instead, I received their traditional, which included an overcooked meatball that was like chewing on a rubber bouncy ball. Brisket that was more fat than meat. Also, the raw steak smelled bad. The same smell when beef starts to turn. I've eaten this place multiple times now and have had mixed experiences. Today, receiving the wrong order, bean sprouts that were slimey and less than flavorful soup than the last two times I've eaten there was extremely disappointing.
