What a gross experience @wingstop has become. The restaurants are NASTY inside and the fries are HORRID. Bring back the OG fries!!! The Belmead, TX location is a mess, the manager doesn't care, the soda machine didn't have any sodas available. There was trash everywhere and the floors were a mess.

Food is always good, but plan on waiting at least 20 minutes for your order, even if you give them the full time you're told your order will take. Several fryers, but rarely are they ever full, yet somehow every order seemed to be waiting on fries. Employees at the counter are always helpful and nice, but the cooks are slow and seem to be high. I've been in kitchens for over 20 years, and never have I seen anyone move so slow. If they were my cooks, they would've been fired long ago.

Wingstop near me recently changed to non fresh cut cheap hard fries for the same price. Disappointing. Saving money on fries will make them lose customers. Overcooked fries are not a value add

Went on a Friday evening, and it was definitely packed. So I would call ahead at peak times. Waited about 20 mins but the food was on point. The manager lady was also very friendly and helpful to everyone while I sat there.
