Order food on door dash when I receive my food the wings was hard and over cooked I couldn’t even eat them. The did send all of my food and when I tried calling the store the phone wasn’t working. I contacted door dash and they offered me $10 on a $45 dollar order. So I was going to the store the Baton Rouge Florida Blvd location all of sudden the store is close when I just ordered food. Ok I’ll come back tomorrow and speak with a Manager. Horrible

Went here with my son today ordered our food and then she told me 18 minutes.
We waited for them to call us never did then when i walk up to the register told them we have been waiting for 30 minutes.
She goes to the back and our food has been sitting here 😤

I recently visited Wingstop, and it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. First off, the atmosphere was chaotic. They had loud rock music blasting behind the counter while simultaneously playing loud R&B in the dining area. It was impossible to relax or have a conversation over the clashing noise.
To make matters worse, they don't even serve actual wings—just drumsticks. I mean, if you're going to call yourself "Wingstop," you should at least have wings on the menu, right? It felt like a bait-and-switch. They might as well change the name to "Leg Stop" because that’s all they had.
The staff was rude and didn’t seem interested in helping. It took forever to get my food, and there was no one else in the restaurant. I could understand why no one else was there. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I won’t be coming back.

If you don’t like people sneezing in your food, don’t go to this location!!!!! Absolutely repulsive. She sneezed all around the food THEN proceeded to sneeze into her hand, NOT wash her hands, then start preparing food again. Alllllllll of the people working saw her and no one said a thing to her about it - I left with my sneezed on food and went home (We didn’t eat it - we were so shocked that we took the food and left and threw it away at home. We did look in it and noticed the seasoning was packed on 1 inch thick on some of the chicken too. Ew!) I emailed Wingstop the next day because I knew I wouldn’t be nice the night before (I still like to be respectful of people even though a full sneeze in peoples food shouldn’t have respect!!!) and still have NOT received a reply OR a full refund. This is absolutely disgusting and I will never be back here and neither should you!!!! also, don’t order for pick up unless you want to wait 45 minutes to get your food even though you ordered ahead!!!!! Disgusting.

My daughter and I had a fantastic dinning experience at Wing Stop in Edmond ok. the moment we walked in we were greeted by a clean inviting atmosphere and friendly attentive staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and ensured that our meal was going to be enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the menu and helping anyway they could. Overall I would highly recommend Wing Stop in Edmond for its excellent food. Hot , Fresh and Friendly. We cannot wait to go back and try more flavors. Delicious!!
