The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better

We tried the Wingstop in Erie, Pa tonight & was hugely disappointed! Ordered online, requested extra cooking time, and the dips we wanted! Went to pick them up at the time they said & still had to wait another 30 minutes! They said to check if everything was in the bag (lol). So, get home, the wings were 1/2 cooked and ended up in the trash, there was 3 pieces of celery & carrot splinters, and one dip, not the 2 I ordered! Needless, I will just stick with the Cab, Avonia Tavern or Presque Isle Pizza!

Service was awful, they never give you everything you pay for..The little lady that answered the phone is very rude especially when they didn’t do their job… but they get mad with you like you caused the issue.. then when you complain she puts you on hold and never come back.. this is the worse wing stop in Oklahoma…..please don’t do business here.. go elsewhere if you want everything you paid for…

Went there for superball Sunday to get large order wings,was told at the door need to order on app. Don,t know to use an app.so just left will never go there again .

Great experience at Wingstop. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and my order was prepared exactly the way I asked - fresh and well done. The restaurant was clean and well kept, which made the whole visit even better. Everything from the food to the customer service was on point. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I'm not a wings fan or chicken sandwich, wife and kid are. Wife and I had boneless wings. Kids had chicken sandwiches. Kids said their sandwiches were good. Wife liked her wings. I liked her wings. I didn't care for my flavor, but it's not a flavor for me. I gave it a 4 as it was after 10, so still open and overall I think it's a pretty decent wing stop. We did have to wait a bit for our food, as they were pretty busy

Really, really terrible service here. My cousins were visiting from out of town and wanted to try Wingstop bc they don’t have one near them. They waited an absurd amount of time for 5 chicken wings. What was frustrating is that while he was number 32, they were fulfilling number 47 and beyond when he still didn’t have his food. They weren’t really apologetic or taking accountability for the wait and said it was bc they were “short handed”. I don’t understand how being short handed caused them to obviously and blatantly just skip over my cousins order? What does that have to do with anything when you’ve fulfilled everybody else’s order except his, exactly? The one redeeming part of this location was that my cousin said the food was good, so at least they’ve got that going for them.

So I’ve been getting wings here for a while now and it’s a hit or miss on if the wings will be extra overdone and dried out or cooked properly but on this particular night they were cooked fine I guess but the problem is I paid $1.49 for an extra side of sauce and the sauce had clearly been used… not only was it less than 1/3 full, but it also had questionable chunks floating in it and smears on the side of the cup that clearly weren’t from the red sauce… Tried to call to get it replaced and they never answered and I’m not willing to drive the 15 minutes to get it replaced for just $1.49 sauce… Hoping that somebody can reach out to me because this was unacceptable. Very disgusting!

Visité una sucursal en Av. Ortiz Mena en la Ciudad de Chihuahua y siendo las 3:40 pm no tienen ni aderezos ni tampoco una sola cerveza, la persona que te recibe no te avisa que hay faltantes hasta que aparece la mesera para preguntarte si cuando entraste te avisaron 🙃 pésimo servicio
