Jade at Wingstop Metrocentre is a poor example of how a manager should handle a situation. I honestly can’t believe the way I was treated at Wingstop in the Metrocentre. I had just stepped away to use the toilet for a minute, and when I came back, one of the staff had thrown away my drink and the salt I had brought with me. I was upset, of course, but all I wanted was a simple apology. Instead, the manager (Jade) started talking at me in an aggressive and disrespectful way — staring at my face while speaking to me like I had done something wrong. It felt more like I was being attacked than listened to. This is not how customers should be treated, especially by someone in a management role. If this is how the shop is run, I really feel sorry for anyone else who has to deal with this kind of attitude. Some basic customer service training is badly needed here — or at least some respect.

for the North Myrtle Beach location. We went in last night trying to pick food up for the kids. First off the store was filthy. The tables were nasty and the drink counter was soggy and full of garbage. We waited for our food for 40 minutes and still wasn't ready. So we asked for a refund and the manager refused! She said she was too busy with inventory to worry about giving us a refund. I told her we had been waiting near an hour and we needed to get the refund so we can leave. She said nope and if we wanted it we would have to wait longer and she WALKED AWAY!!!! Are you kidding me ?... never had it ever seen such poor management skills .... and I would know I am a manager in a retail store. We kept sending her employees to go retrieve her and she refused to come out. It would have taken all of 2 minutes or less to issue the refund and move on. After constant back and forth she finally came out and gave us the refund but by this time it was well over an hour. I do not recommend this place to anybody!!!!! I dont see how they can stay in business. That woman has no business being in charge of anything.

I wasn't going to be that guy, but here I am!!! I placed an online order because I DONT like to wait! Waited until the very end of my quoted pick up time and my food still wasn't ready. I was told 10 more minutes. I waited 17, as i watched the young man shove fries in his mouth every batch! Not to mention he picked up every fries that fell with his bare hands and put them back on top of the baskets. Do BETTER!!!

Order food on door dash when I receive my food the wings was hard and over cooked I couldn’t even eat them. The did send all of my food and when I tried calling the store the phone wasn’t working. I contacted door dash and they offered me $10 on a $45 dollar order. So I was going to the store the Baton Rouge Florida Blvd location all of sudden the store is close when I just ordered food. Ok I’ll come back tomorrow and speak with a Manager. Horrible

Went here with my son today ordered our food and then she told me 18 minutes. We waited for them to call us never did then when i walk up to the register told them we have been waiting for 30 minutes. She goes to the back and our food has been sitting here 😤 Definitely not going back and it was my first time today!

Man do they hire the most ‘’talented’’ workers here.. they sing and dance but definitely not give a 🐀 🫏 about customer service. I was waiting on an order over 30 minutes. They have their hands in their hair they are touching everything then the food. Health food violation for sure. DISGUSTING

Horrible customer service, placed order at 11:05 was told it would take 5-10 minutes at 11:20. Still waiting on food at 11:45, yet multiple delivery drivers came got their food instantly.

Was told the wait would be 15-20 minutes. Recieved our food after 45 minutes and 6 people that came in after us had already recieved their food. If you think about it kind of ridiculous.
