This wingstop is awful. They will make you stand and wait for your order for 15-20 minutes while serving all the other customers quickly besides you. Not good.

Everytime I pick up an order here it takes 20 minutes. Watched a female worker stand there today doing absolutely nothing even after asked to do things repeatedly. Watched them let a $300 order not paid for walk out the door. Insane. Won’t be coming back here. Unfortunate. Get better staff!

Cashier was half asleep, had to raise my voice so she could understand. Even then it was like she was not understanding us when speaking to her. She was very rude and we asked her something and she just pointed to the menu. Not recommend to anyone to dine in or order anything from this place.

No urgency in the kitchen guy with the Dread locs took 7 mins on 1 order was told food would be ready in 30 it was more like 50mins. Oh and girls in the back just talking and hanging out.

God is dead and this wingstop killed him.person who took my order wasn’t rude but seemed to be intoxicated or under the influence of some drug of sorts. waited a while for our food, and it tasted very greasy and way to sweat. the lemon pepper wings tasted like a sweat pastry and the fries were barely warm with a soggy and greasy feel to them. left feeling sick and had stomach problems the rest of the night. might have gotten food poisoning but i’m not sure yet. only good part was one employee that was very happy to be there and i enjoyed his presence. every thing else was absolutely terrible.

We ordered chicken parmesan. It's very greasy. It's fried but they should have drained it well then season brfore serving. There are a lot of grease in the seving box and i had to use paper towel to drain the fat. I mean quite a few paper towel. Need to train the cook. Not coming back.
After giving my food to the wrong person they made me wait another 20 minutes to remake my food just to give me the wrong order. Don't even bother going

Seriously the rudest woman working the front counter today ( 3/4/24) during lunch hour!!!! I’ve never came in contact with a human being that was so rude!!!!!! Service was horrible, food was even worse!!!! Whoever is running this wingstop should seriously think about getting some friendly employees!!!!

Wings are ok and had very little meat on them. Fries were bussin, according to my grandson. Staff wasn't rude but not friendly either. The place was empty, and a staff member came out and told them to turn the music up. She looked at me and shrugged. We couldn't even talk. Overall food **** but experience 1*
