First time and dissapointed after hearing feedback better than Buffalo WildWings The bone on wings I recieved did not look like menu pics. Very little meat and dried and like jerky crunchy. Not mosit no flavor. Very little sauce on wings. Fries I requested no seasoning my order was warm had seasoning. The fountain machine was low on carbonation. I was the only person in resturarunt so the crew had plenty of time to get order right and should have been hot and fresh. Needs some...
Food was great! This was our third time doing in-store pickup and the experience was excellent. Our order was ready on time, the staff was friendly and professional, and my husband was greeted as soon as he walked in. The last two times they were running behind on orders, and while the food has always been good, this time it truly felt like we got what we paid for 10/10. Not sure if they have new management, but everything felt noticeably better in the best way.
Super good food, super nice crew! The assistant general manager helped me and he was super kind and very personable. I believe the other girl who helped me name was gabby. She was also super kind. I will definitely be returning.
