Picked up our to-go order, got home, sat down to eat only to discover a black hair baked right into the pizza. Absolutely disgusting. Won’t be eating here again.

****** In response to owner….. ABSOLUTELY INCORRECT….. I never said your pizza was a deep dish, and am aware of the difference, but in comparison to value and taste for what you get they are a better option. Savastano’s has stacked pizza toppings whereas your measly little 4 slice pizza has a precisely counted out 4 pep slices per piece there’s would easily have 20 per slice not singly counted but stacked. Same with your little 4 bits of sausage per piece they have massive amounts of toppings per piece. Massive amounts of cheese and sauce. Their pizza is heavily weighted. Your price point ought to be around $12.50. And since you didn’t look at my photos I will elaborate for you….. YOUR PIZZA WAS MISSING HAM hence my use of the word invisible. Unless you put 4 little bits of your ham under the blob of sauce… it ain’t there. There ain’t no effin way 2 people with big appetites would have anything left over from your measly little tiny 4 square and we ALWAYS have plenty of leftovers from a small deep dish from Savastano’s.******
5 star reviewers….. tell me you’ve never been to Savastano’s without telling me you’ve never been to Savastano’s. This reminds me of Caesar’s pan pan pizza but it is OVERPRICED OVERPRICED. Got a 4 square meat lovers for a whopping $19.50. This would be considered a micro mini compared to Savastano’s small deep dish. The pizza is good, the sauce is good just needs more of it, the crust is spongey good, but the ham has no flavor and is actually invisible on the meat lovers I got tonight. So nowhere on the menu does it say you can build your own pizza however, after ordering I ask why that was and he tells me I can order the cheese pizza $12.50 and add toppings I want from the toppings section. Okay…. So how much are toppings since the price isn’t listed? He claims $1 per topping, so all in all that would mean I’m paying $2 more to just order a Meat Lovers with invisible ham. I would assume alcohol plays a huge factor in most of the good reviews. This will be a one and done experience.

First thing, their food and drinks are great! On top of that, the indoor seating has a great retro feel and the outdoor space is really nice. The parking is pretty good and accessible. It's a great place to eat!

Deep dish pizza unlike any other I've had. It's wonderful! We've already been back 3 times since we first learned about it 2 weeks ago. Owned and run by a very nice little couple. I can't recommend it enough. We're telling everyone we know to try it.
