Dine in | Lunch | $20–30Second time we tried this place out and definitely not satisfied with the service or the food. Last experience we had just a few chips that weren’t stale in our bowl && they ran out of chicken for the Taco Tuesday special leaving us with just (extra greasy) ground beef. Today, all of our taco meat was just as cold as the veggies on the top. I then tell the ONE worker there and she right away offered to remake it all for us. It came out warmer but you could tell they tried to repurpose what they could which in turn made the tortillas hard or soggier, also some of our toppings were missing. When I went back to ask the same worker for my avocado she purposely ignored me after making eye contact and started cleaning, once she acted like she saw me she appeared bothered by me.The chicken tinga didn’t even really have much flavor and the elote was just corn floating in grease. Save your money ??‍♀️

The food is good. Service is OK but a bit of attitude comes across. I will not go back because they play bad music VERY loud. TOO LOUD. Workers say they can’t control it. I was the only person in the restaurant. I put my noise cancelling over-the-ear headphones on and had a hard time listening to my book. Music should not intrude on your meal.

Great tacos and drinks. The atmosphere is pretty cool. The service from the hostess was amazing.

Terrible experience! I really wanted to love this place! Our queso was ice cold. We only got half our order...when we asked about the others...we got attitude from the girl up front (who had AirPods in & was annoyed when we got her attention). The tacos they gave us were not the ones we ordered. We finally just gave up and left ...still hungry. Terrible service. Terrible food quality.

I won't be coming back. Two employees were smoking outside one blond with a pierced belly and crop shirt at at the furthest table from the door and the short brunette got near my car that has windows down on the sidewalk. I didn't know the blond was an employee the way she was dressed until she got behind the counter later to wash her hands. The food was horrible in taste. I'm glad I brought my own drinks and saved buying a logo cup from them. The Mexican rice tasted like cheap grocery store seasoning was in it. The the shredded chicken soft taco flavor didn't taste good and dripped orange juice or grease on my dress. The brunette who took my order didn't take away my buzzer or refill the paper towels I only got two of when she brought my food. Wish I had gone to the pizza place again instead. Too bad del taco closed down too. I wanted tostadas. Reminds me of horrible my Torchy's Tacos experience.

I have been in 5 times and each time I have to talk myself down from writing a bad review; I want this restaurant to be successful. So I wait several weeks, hope for the best and try it out again. Where is the manager/owner? I could go on and on and on about all of the many issues every single time I have been there. But what it comes down to is the manager being present to support the staff and make sure the place is operating smoothly. Literally couldn't even eat my taco it was so bad. Just gave up and going to Taco Bell.... Again.....

I came here just for the Birria tacos and they were not good. I couldn't even eat, it was extremely spice. I love all other locations but I'm never coming back to this one The water also tastes horrible. It's impossible to drink it even with limes

Great staff members & fresh food. The blonde bartender with dreads is very attentive & enjoys giving people an experience. The queso is delish & my favorite taco is the quesabirria! FRESH MARGARITAS ALSO. 3-7PM everyday for $4 & $2 beer. Can't beat it.

Sat at the bar...male bartender was friendly and got my wife a beer within 5 minutes of being there. 30 minutes later...still waiting to order my first drink, wife is done with her drink, and we haven't ordered. I'm starting to see that I need to order two drinks at a time so I am going to also order a shot of Buffalo Trace with the Old Fashioned that I have been planning to order for 30 minutes. Then it gets wierd/frustrating/ridiculous....female bartender comes over and my wife hands over her complicated order that she had written on a piece of paper. After 5-7 minutes of the bartender putting the order in (now I see why service is so bad), I look up from my menu to order and she just leaves! Flash forward 10 minutes...I flag her down and tell her she walked away in the middle of my order. She appears very busy and just says she will get to me. Flash forward 10 more minutes...she comes over to take my order and basically tells me that they have almost none of the tacos on the menu (this happened the first time my wife went I). So, I look down at my menu to think about if for a second, look up and yep...you guessed it...she takes off a SECOND TIME...in the middle of my order! At this point, I am so angry that I yell down to the bar and tell her she has left TWICE in the middle of taking my order. So, she throws this poor 17 year old girl under the bus and has her come over to finish the order. The girl is clearly confused and doesn't know anything about our order. I felt bad for her and told her that her boss threw her under the bus. Flash forward 5 more minutes...female bartender finally comes back to finish our order and starts saying wierd stuff like please imagine that she is my family member or something like that so I will be more understanding. Mind you...the entire time she does not take my order, does not get me a drink, etc...Seriously, the bottle of Buffalo Trace is 3 feet behind her. She finally takes our order....10 minutes later...she puts 3 random tacos on the bar and says she did us a solid by giving us a couple extra tacos. My wife asks what each taco is so we know which ones are ours...this is where it gets REALLY wierd...she WILL NOT answer any of our questions and keeps telling us to be patient and treat her like she was our family member! Which taco is mine? "Please...treat me like a family member, I am doing the best I can". That's great....but again which taco is mine? She WILL NOT answer the question and walks away. Keep in mind that an hour has gone by and all we have gotten was that initial beer and 3 random tacos that she will not tell us what they are. This is in the context of me stating to the two bartenders multiple times as they pass me by "It's been 30 minutes...still don't have my shot of Buffalo Trace....It's been 45 minutes...still don't have my shot of Buffalo Trace...it's been an hour...still don't have my shot of Buffalo Trace!" The final straw was when the original male bartender came over to do us a solid and gave us 2 glasses of water (while standing 3 feet from the bottle of Buffalo Trace). My response...give me our check NOW. He yells to the female bartender telling her we want our check. She yells "JUST LEAVE!!...I'll pay your tab!!". DO NOT go to this place. But if you do, please drink alcohol before so you can tolerate the dismal service and the likely event that you will never get a drink. An hour and 15 minutes...one beer...three random tacos which we didn't eat...and 2 glasses of water. If you REALLY hate someone...recommend this place to them. But do it quick...this place is not likely going to stay in business.

I love Yo Pablo's! I am sad that they can't get more staff at the location though! The poor bartender is there by herself all the time! But I love it

The tacos were great!! Got the shrimp, and carnitas! Service was ?

Salsa and chips were decent. We both got a Yo Lupa taco (which is supposed to be on fried bread like a Taco Bell chalupa. The bread was soggy and seemed barely fried. The ground beef on it was simply…not good; tasted weird. Chicken tinga and pork carnitas were kinda flavorless. Chicken quesadilla…again, boring. Yawn, won’t be back.

My husband was in the mood for tacos and has been wanted to try this place for a while so we did. This location is pretty nice and big. I don't know why but our food took very long to come out and I wasn't overly impressed with the tacos. It also seemed a bit pricey. I will not be dying to come back to this restaurant.
