Do not go here the service is horrible due to the fact that 15 year old kids working there spend more time on their phones than working this place is a disgrace and should be audited by management and get people who will work and not a place to hang out. I'll never use their services again. To bad you can't give negative stars oh well.

This place we stopped going for long time due to not getting service when we went in. I said i would retry and they have been good from what i can see but i have only when on weekdays around noon so after then i cant say.

We ordered 2 burgers and a chicken sandwich. They had us pull forward for the order. It took several minutes to make. The burgers and fries were cold by the time the chicken sandwich was added to the order and brought to us.

We often go in to pick up things from the Market, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
When we do order food or froyo at the counter, we've never had a wrong order. We also haven't received any of those burgers or sandwiches you sometimes see from fast food, the ones that are haphazardly thrown together and gross. Out of all the times we've gone, one time we got a chicken sandwich where the patty was very "tendony" & off-putting, but that wasn't their fault.
I think most of the workers here are our local HS students and several retirees, and we have never run into the different issues you sometimes see like kids chatting it up & not really helping customers, or exhausted older folks who it makes you sad to see... the staff is pleasant & attentive, which makes the atmosphere enjoyable. I went to Anadarko and ordered a limeade for the first time in Years at braums. It tasted so good! Then I ordered one a few days later from elgin and it was so gross I gagged. Elgin needs to contact anadarko and see what they are doing.
