Amazing experience at Burrito Minco! The piña colada was hands-down the best I’ve ever had, and the queso with chorizo was incredible. Super friendly staff and quick service, even during the rush! On top of all that, the owners have a heart of gold!
The queso was runny and the chips were stale. That had never happened before so it was disappointing. Maybe it was just a bad night. All new staff. I asked and they said they ate opening another location in Snyder and that's where everyone was so maybe it was just a one time thing.
Update: we’ve been there quite a bit since my first post. Yesterday was my first poor service. A server dropped salsa behind me and didn’t offer a napkin, say sorry etc. It was very obvious it was on me. He looked right at my bag. It got all over my leather purse, the back of my shirt and hair. I really love this restaurant, but that was a very poor experience. We actually paid for the next two tables beside us and we still tipped him very well despite that.
