The place is cute and clean but the service is immensely slow. I'm sure they are understaffed but it shouldn't take 20 minutes to make a bagel. The food itself is decent, I've had a few other food items before but they were either burnt or gooey. Their bagels are good most days but someday they are tough like overcooked steak.

I came in excited to try a new place! I work at a coffee shop myself, so I know what it's like to work at a place like this. As soon as I came in I noticed how beautiful the place was, and how cozy it looked. However, I did not feel welcomed at all. We ordered more than the normal drinks and definitely got a certain vibe after ordering. It felt as if they were bothered by our presence, as if they were talking about us after purchasing an almost 50 dollar order (including tip). We are not from this area, we were so patient and excited, but the workers were definitely off which was disappointing.

Great experience! Went through the drive thru and ordered a cold brew and latte. Glad we stopped here rather than a chain coffee place, because the flavor and coffee mix and quality were worth it!
