Mondays are always a busy morning getting the school routine taken care of so I stopped in for a veggie quiche and a Dr. Pepper espresso which are my favorite though I wish the drink was bigger, they are still amazing!!! Lol I've loved the quiche even when they were still The Pink Elephant and got them all the time because they're the best (10/10) seem bigger, fluffier, and thicker now (hey me too! ?) they are a full meal in themselves! The prices and flavors to me are a hundred times better than Starbucks, even better than you'd expect from a lot of local small town shops! Little story here, this Monday morning I forgot my wallet and said I'd be back in 5 minutes, instead the nice lady at the window let me know she could text me a link to pay from my phone which I made sure to before I left the parking lot. I wish more places did that because sometimes it can be a little embarrassing enough to forget yout wallet let alone remember it on some hectic mornings, this made my day. ?The Dr. Pepper espresso and quiche have always been more than enough to keep me (they have an awesome bacon quiche too) they definitely have a loyal forever customer out of me, I'm super grateful!

In this economy, having no prices on the menu and then offering no receipt hurts the budget friendly consumer. If I have to guess or ask for prices every single time I come to make sure prices aren’t being hiked up every two weeks, then I’m just not coming back. This feels like a very greedy business model. Price transparency isn’t too much to ask for.

They make matcha the right way! It was so delicious and the beagle with cream cheese were to die for! Will always make a stop if we are anywhere close considering we live an hour away! The inside was beautiful with big windows, lots of plants. 100% recommend. Sad I don't live closer. The girls were so sweet too!

Yesterday I stopped by LEV Coffee Shop right there in Elgin (next to Fathom 87 Food Truck Park ).It's a hip little coffee shop, which serves up Oklahoma Roasted coffee , other bean juice blends, muffins, bagels, and a variety of sandwiches and salads. (They also cater...give them a call if you are needing to feed some folks at your next event).I ordered my usual, a hot chocolate with six espresso shots. It really hit the spot and I didn't blink for the next three hours...So, if you are passing through Elgin on your way and need a nice pick me up, stop by A Street (aka Commerce Street) and look for the Pink Elephant container and the LEV building...you can't miss it!
