My wife and I ordered dinner for our family and one of our sandwiches was made wrong. David, at the Elgin OK location, not only fixed our sandwich, but remade our whole ticket due to inconvenience. We are "regulars" (due to our little one "loving it" 😆) and this will keep us "regulars"! Thank you, David and team!!! 😊
Found a roach in my sons drink and the Elgin, OK location. Beyond angry and disgusted! ��
