The crew at this McDonald’s is always smiling and ready to help their customers! I really appreciate their fast and friendly service here at the Elgin McDonald’s! Darrell and David are some of the best managers in fast food that I have encountered! I really miss Sarah and Kevin, they were also EXEMPLARY EXAMPLES OF EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS!

I ordered a PLAIN spicy Mc crispy with bacon. They put the sauce on it. When I went to get it corrected they said they couldn’t make it plain. The manager and employees were all rude and were treating me like I’m dumb. They eventually just gave me a spicy McDonald’s chicken which is not even close to the same price as the spicy mc crispy. They didn’t apologize or even put the remake of the sandwich in a bag they just handed me the wrapped sandwich

This McDonald’s isn’t open at 05:00am like they reported. They are only open at 6:00am!! This makes it impossible for me to get a decent breakfast and make it to work on time. I don’t get why they can’t be open at 05:00am like their website says when all the workers are there and the lights inside are on except for the ones outside.

I only eat the chicken nuggets because several years ago on the Oklahoma City news there was a segment on there where they found human DNA in the McDonald's meat so I do not eat any meat from McDonald's other than the chicken because I know where their chicken comes fromParking: There is plenty of parking but we always prefer to go through the drive-thru

Rude staff, upcharging for all drinks with meals. Someone is definitely getting rich by ripping off customers! Go to Lawton if you want McDonald's, where they do not upcharge for drinks! I've reported this McDonald's to corporate and will never return to this one, again!

So I've been to so many States and I love to leave good and bad experiences no matter because that's what I do and honesty on my reviews and have proof or witnesses on every review I do. This McDonald's have been one of the worse on the way they all talk as employees not very professional talking lots of cussing. I've waited longer at other McDonald's but this one could be faster since when I have gone more than once they truly wasn't busy. Had employees goofing off and people out of uniforms even a girlfriend of an employee walk behind the counter. I definitely feel this McDonald's needs corporate to come in and get things running like it should because they truly couldn't be happy if they see and hear what I have in this restaurant. Talk about customers horribly and the cussing is just awful. The food taste like it should.I've been in this McDonald's and it be passed filthy but then I've been it and it be alittle clean..Times I've gone is always evenings here

Had a curbside order and sat there for 15 minutes watching everyone else come and go. I finally went inside and my order was sitting on the counter drinks had condensation on the outside of the cups like it had sat there for a bit. Normally they do a great job, my favorite mcdonald's but this time was not ok. Maybe they were having a bad day.

Apparently someone doesn’t know how to properly put cheese on the fish sandwich. Had to clean our own table. Food on the floor. Dirty and disgusting.
Don't stop for coffee? Just coffee took 10 minutes had to go and get it myself. And it was not even fresh Cold Coffee. I don't mind the weight if it was good hot

From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed.As I placed my order, Faith was quick to assist me and even offered suggestions on what to try. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive and she made sure that I got exactly what I wanted.Not only was Faith quick in taking my order, but she also ensured that my food was prepared in a timely manner. I was amazed at how efficient she was, especially considering how busy the restaurant was.But what stood out to me the most was Faith's kindness. She checked in on me several times during my meal to make sure I was satisfied and even asked if I needed anything else. Her genuine concern for my experience at McDonald's was evident and it made me feel like a valued customer.Overall, I was extremely impressed with Faith's service. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my visit was enjoyable. I will definitely be returning to this McDonald's location because of her excellent service. Faith is a true asset to the company and I hope to see her during my future visits. Thank you, Faith, for your kindness and exceptional service.
