Came from Florida and I'm a very frequent at scooters so I've been to many Scooter's, but there was very bad service at this location. Gave us a medium drink and claims they were large, gave us an attitude when we inquired about it. She just genuinely didn't seem happy with her job, usually don't have a problem with scooters but this one needs some work.

Bad service from one individual. The heavy-set male server with the pony tail is cranky and rude every time he is at the window. Today I pulled up and he did not even say anything to me, just stuck the card reader out of the window expecting a tip and took it back. Not a single word said. No I did not tip, if you cannot at least say good morning or some kind of simple greeting when you work at a place that prides themselves as a happy friendly coffee place, you're not getting a tip.
Every other person that works there has been great!

Really liked this place but this morning I went after I dropped the kids off at school and I sucked a fly in my mouth. Spit it out and sure enough it was a fly. I did call to let them know and they did tell me they would let me get another coffee. I think I’m going to pass though 😆

I love ScootersCoffee, but today I didn’t get the greatest service. I want to ScootersCoffee‘s today, and I got a blended caramel licious with extra caramel, and they didn’t put any extra caramel in there, and barely had any caramel at all, and it was barely even blended and now it’s usually not like this, but I hope they can see this because they had teenagers working today and that’s when everything started to mess up when they had older people work up there. It was amazing and it tasted even more amazing so hopefully they can get those people back in and take the teenagers out because they’re not doing the best.

Very good experience. Scooter’s will always have a special place in Elgin. It is good to have an official coffee shop in Elgin. Scooter’s offers blenders and smoothies for people who enjoy those options just besides coffee. Cinnamon rolls and coffee is the way to go and my favorite order from there. Fast drive through, no long waits. That’s the one thing I prefer about drive-through coffee shops like Scooter’s. Staff was friendly and helpful!
