I'm very disappointed every time I have come here. To start, their ice isn't sonic ice it's bigger and harder, and then employees argue with you on it. I love my ocean water with sonic ice. Me and my wife bought a bag of ice as well, and they argued with us. If I wanted store ice, I'd go to the store instead. My food I've bought from here doesn't taste like it does from others. I'm very disappointed and employees arguing with customers goes to show customers don't matter and that's not how sonic works. My sin and wife, as well as my sister, have all had issues with this sonic as well so it's not just me

Worst service ever, earlier today, I attempted to get a blackout slush and they ran out of the glasses that came with them. Then this evening, I went to order the new oreo cheesecake sundae with a garlic bacon burger and after waiting about 15 minutes for that Samantha came out and said we ran out if the scoop for the sundae. She then asked me if I wanted it without or if I wanted something else and I told her I didn't want anything, so she says ok sorry have a good day and started to walk off and i asked if I could have a refund receipt and she said yes and that she would be back. So I waited and waited and she never did come back. On the ordering screen, a little box popped up asking for a workers pin so I press the button to speak with someone and it was red for awhile then it cut off. And i upset at this point then I press the button again and it is red as I'm about to send someone to the door someone asks if I want to order, I tell them I am still waiting on a refund receipt and the person on the other side in a rude way says "HOLD ON" a few minutes later what looks like a teenage boy comes out and says "here." I am pissed at this point... needless to say I am not going to this sonic anymore. I was already hesitant from my visit in 2023 but I see nothing has changed. All of these fast food resturants in Elgin have disrespectful kids working at them and I'm fed up.
It was busy due to It being lunch time but we still received our complete order pretty quickly, all fresh and hot.. Great service!!!

I ordered in the app while I was visiting Norman, Ok. The app sent my order to Elgin, Ok. The Norman store said they had been having this problem a lot. We were charged for the drink in Elgin. We paid full price in Norman. I called customer service who pulled up my account. They asked for the date, time, order number. All of which I supplied. Then they needed another number not on my app and not on my receipt. I wasted about 20 minutes at this point. It’s not worth it to have this headache because of Sonic’s issue. I’m done with Sonic. And we stop at Sonic every time we get in the car. Not any more. There is a Braum’s right across the street.

They used to have amazing chilli cheese dogs but the last few times I went the chilli cheese dog had like two slivers of cheese. What's a chili cheese dog without cheese? Probably new management.

Sonics drinks just suck , I keep going back trying to give them a chance but no, this last time was it ! There is no flavor, I paid a dollar extra for cherry flavor , ended up four dollars a drink , then tater tots and mozzarella sticks, which were excellent , my bill was $17 and some cents , almost twenty dollars for 3 drinks and 2 sides, medium drinks, it was almost 2:00 I ask her if she could do the 1/2 price she said no, which I understand , and I really wouldn't have cared about the $ if the drinks would have tasted like soda and not carbonated water
