Tu Familia Mexican Restaurant

As much as I love eating at the medicine park location i am highly disappointed by my experience today. We walked it and immediately felt how hot it was. I look over and the thermostat says 82°! They had the door to the outside open so I asked the waitress if they can shut it because nobody can eat like that. all the waiters and waitresses were sweating, customers were sweating. The medicine park location was ridiculously hot. We couldn’t even eat it was so hot inside, so we asked for our food to go. Then they forgot my son’s burger so that took another 25 minutes. The manager did take the burger off the total which I do appreciate. Over all a bad experience. Won’t be back to this location but would still like to try Lawton location.

We have been there many many times and never been anything but pleased with the service and the food, however tonight was a different story. Don’t get me wrong, we got our food pretty quick but my husband ordered the combo fajitas and the peppers and onions were all cooked away, he couldn’t even eat any, I got the street tacos and the meat was kind of salty.
