Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

The Braum family should be embarrassed. For several years the quality of their hamburgers has been declining and their stores have been increasingly getting older and dirtier but I thought the ice cream was still good. Today we tried their Chocolate Almond and Cherry Pecan and neither one is worth another try. The Cherry Pecan was gummy with no flavor resembling cherries and the pecans were soft and mushy. The Chocolate Almond had an old, bitter taste that was hard to identify.
I guess the newer generation is just relying on the old man Braum's reputation to keep making them billions of dollars. Too bad. They had a great product at one time.

Has good food and ice cream, great service. Biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Can't enjoy a meal anywhere else as inexpensive or as tasty.

2/$6.00 on milk. YEAH!

Generally good if a bit too salty, but the chicken n the sandwiches latley have been crazy thin and inedible.

Loved this place. We were in Oklahoma visiting family and we went to the location in Altus for dinner. The burger I had and the chicken sandwich my wife had were excellent!! When we came back to our hotel in Elk City, we stopped at that location for ice cream. AWESOME sundaes!!
I hope they open a location in Colorado in the future.

The food was delicious, but some of the employees seemed a little hateful...

This location is always out of ice cream flavors I want and the food is meh. I mean during the holidays when eggnog is supposed to be in stock its always out, Brownie batter is always out and same with the Bordeaux cherry amaretto. Need to do better on ordering stock.

Bag of burgers!!! Only $7 and some change for 5 burgers! Big and better than the McDonald's Mcdouble

Young people that working there the girl at windowgiving food was very rude, I asked for braums sauce and she told me I needed to order it when ordered my food tried telling her I forgot and she slams windows shut on me a d wouldn't look at me, order was not correct and ask for extra ice in my drink it hardly had any ice. Maybe some more customer service training needs done

It's Braums. Ive never been disappointed at a Braums.

We ordered 4 milkshakes and a twist cone. When we arrived at the window to pick up our ice cream it was melted and messy. The server acted angry when I asked for napkins to clean up their mess. I would not suggest this Braum's. They offer poor service.
