The guy at the window was Super Nice and very respectful. My food was fresh and hot. My food was noticeably bigger than other fast food places and was delicious too. Epic fries š by the way and they don't skimp on quantity. Burger was the best and hit the spot dead on. Thanks BK!

Just wanted to people know donāt stop here they guys donāt care about customers we were going through this place and waiting in drive through the guy told us ready with order and he will be back shortly and we waited around 15 minutes no one comes back to get order and then we decide to go somewhere else

This BK has improved, I'm just going to say,98%! Under new management now and food quality is so much better. They are a little understaffed, but are trying to do the best they can. My dine in order was hot and made just how I ordered it. Give them another try

I stopped coming to this store when the old GM took over. She was so unprofessional and rude. She would be screaming at staff in front of customers, rude to customers that had a wrong order, she even hung up on me one day when I tried to call and tell them my order was wrong. I was told she was gone, so I tried it a few times and it has amazingly changed. The atmosphere, the staff, service and everything. It's been great! I'm so glad that the experience has drastically changed and I get what I ordered and fresh!!!!

This place is amazing. The new general manager is so nice and professional. The staff was very friendly. The food was hot and exactly what we had ordered. The old GM was very rude and unprofessional. We were not going to go back after our last experience, but found out that they were under new management, and decided to give it another try. I am so glad that we did. We will definitely return.

Just a weird experience here at this visit. I've been here a few times while I travel through. Walked into a completely empty and silent restaurant at lunch, thought they might have been closed. After a minute staff came around, cashier immediately starts ranting about some broken machine (which I assume they were all working on at the time which is why I didn't see anyone). I order, same cashier then tells me they don't have half the menu items, no biggie. Order an impossible burger as a substitute and she THEN goes on a tirade about it being fake food, how her fiance doesn't like it and it tastes weird etc etc as I'm actively trying to walk away to use the restroom.
Listen, I'm more than accommodating for items being out of stock, it happens, but just let me order some food in peace. The rest of the staff was very professional and kind and the food was hot and just as I asked for it. Just an...odd and unprofessional encounter.

Nothing like specifically asking if theyāre out of anything, only for them to not be able to make what you want AFTER paying. Spending 30$ to not get what we wanted and get fries that were ice cold and old af.
Definitely do not eat here unless you want to get sick.. it smells terrible like weed and body odorā¦ 10/10 do not recommend eating here
