Went to drive thru. My wife and I ordered breakfast biscuits. We had to wait a couple of minutes, but well worth it. HOT and DELICIOUS!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Carl's Jr. is always a go-to place at night after we get done dirt track Racing. We love this place and our kids love the kids' meals from here. Super quick. Super easy service and we've mever had issues with any of our orders.
I gave it a 4 because my orders are not always correct but I will tell you that you have an employee named Tammy that works there that is so kind and helpful. She’s like a breath of fresh air. You hardly find people like that at any fast food or restaurant for that matter. She works at the Elk City, OK Carls Jr.

DONT PULL AWAY FROM THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW UNTIL YOU GET & CHECK YOUR FOOD. ITS WITHER GOING TO BE WRONG OR MISSING SOMETHING!! Drive-thru is slow and the guy working the window DOES NOT LISTEN when taking orders. We ordered a double sour dough w/ a sprite and a big bacon chz burger w/ a coke. We asked for a side of zucchini fries and salt packets. We had to wait 25 minutes from the order speaker just to the window. When we paid, we asked for the salt and the guy, er kid working the window said he would put it in the bag BUT we needed to pull forward. ANOTHER 25 minutes, the people waiting has gotten their food, both 2 cars behind us has gotten their foos and then our food and drinks come out. The hands us the sodas and puts the food on our window seal of our cal and walks away. The sodas were two DIET COKES, the meals were MISSING 1fry, and zucchini fries, the sandwiches were both small cheese burgers.

It's pretty standard Carl's Jr. fast food. If I am there shortly after they stop serving breakfast, I try to order something not popular because if you get a Western Bacon Cheeseburger or similar, you'll end up getting one made the last night and frozen and reheated. This particular location is showing some aging and could use a touchup as some of the floor and wall tiles are showing cracks, the ice machine in the dining hall portion was broken when we went in, etc.

STAY AWAY!!. DONT GET FOOD - IT WILL BE COLD!! How many employees do you have working the entire store, ONE?? 40 minutes waiting in the drive-thru with a car right behind me and one in front - YOU CANT PULL AWAY. Waited an additional 15 minutes after we were told to pull forward.The food was already cold by the time we got it. HORRIBLE Example of a Carl's Jr, Hardee's and everything under that umbrella.

The food was very fresh and yummy. The drinks are good quality. I was surprised when trying the waffle fries for the first time, they are amazing! They taste kind of like Arby's curly fries the way they're seasoned and breaded. We also didn't have to wait long for our order.
