My family and I were literally the only people in the drive through the entire experience and were informed after paying that it would be a 7 minute wait. Waited 19 minutes for the driest, stringiest, most overcooked, and unattended chicken strips consisting of 90% breading, 10% chicken, mushy corn, and raw biscuits and rolls. My first and last visit to a Chicken Express 😕, had I known what it’d taste like, I would have starved happily.

Only people in the store. The food was not fresh. The person who took order was okay. But most food was pre-made and old. Pop machine broken. Does this place ever fix things? Will never be back. Don't recommend wasting your time or money here. Also computer printed sign gave different store hours and door was locked before the earlier printed hours as well. Online shows store would be open until 10. Door was locked before 8pm.

Been here several times same thing every time a long as wait last time I ordered chicken 10 pieces they told me 15 to 20 minute wait I said ok I'll wait 40 minutes later i got my order 40 minute to fry 10 pieces of is ridiculous... the chicken tastes good but definitely not worth the wait..
