Been here several times same thing every time a long as wait last time I ordered chicken 10 pieces they told me 15 to 20 minute wait I said ok I'll wait 40 minutes later i got my order 40 minute to fry 10 pieces of is ridiculous... the chicken tastes good but definitely not worth the wait..

I ordered the 4 piece chicken strip meal. The strips were over cooked. Very tuff. Hard to even chew.
On November 7 at 5:30 p.m. me and my family stopped by chicken Express in Elk city ordered a 12 piece family meal was told it was going to be a few minutes 20 minutes later the lady said only 12 more minutes but the chicken will be fresh when our meal was finally boxed we got 3 fresh hot pieces and 9 cold pieces that I guess set in the box for the 30 minutes it took to cook the last 3 the biscuits where so hard and dry that they wouldn't even soak up melted butter we didn't get the coleslaw we ordered as an extra side not a very good place to get a meal

It was nice & cool, the checker was super adorable n sold it well to us, was extremely helpful, great with customers & very accommodating, we used the facilities very clean, kitchen & lobby very clean & kept. I'd I'm ever there in the future I would always come back & I think everyone should go eat there very worth it. Thank you chicken express for an absolutely wonderful experience.
