This is one of my favorite places to eat. I lived in Elk City for 4 months and I still talk about their “extras”. The muffin and creamy lemon jello bar with each meal, fantastic. My children adored going there and it’s been 12 years since we have traveled back. My Mother’s Day gift this year is to drive out west and have lunch at the Country Dove. God bless and here is a picture of our first lunch at your amazing tea room(all the way to May 2012). My children are grown now and this is one of my fond memories.

This place is AMAZING!! Susan runs the front of the house, Kay and Glenna are the owners. 40 years now they have been in business. When you meet them, you will fall in love. The food is to die for and they make you feel like you're at grandma's house for lunch. You just want to keep coming back and back. I absolutely love The Country Dove!!

I wish I can give this place 10 stars. This restaurant and bookstore are absolutely wonderful, and me and my colleagues really enjoy coming to this restaurant when working in the Elk City area. The women operating this establishment are so wonderful and kind. The food is really good, and yes, the French Silk Pie is very good, highly recommend it. Lots of unique gifts and books for sale. I highly recommend anyone visiting Elk City to come to the Country Dove.
