I ordered the Santa Fe quesadilla which is a “wrap” consisting of Chicken and Onions. I believe there was suppose to be cheese and peppers as well but mine was severely lacking those two ingredients. When I pointed this out to the waitress she said “oh sorry” and then continued to charge me for a meal I was not eating. Waste of time and money. Next time we’ll stick with Pedro’s

My family decided to dine at Lupes tonight. The meal I ordered was the quesadilla roll ups. It was not edible. It was not deep fried it was oil drowned when I requested to have my meal remade I was informed it would come out the same way. I then asked for a manager and the manager a Ms McKayla (i don't give my last name) said that's always how it is made and she wouldn't eat it. I sent my food back and did not eat. When we received our bill and the meal I could not and did not eat was on the bill I asked that it be removed and only be charged for the rice and beans my son had eaten from the plate. I was informed that could not be done as the owner does not allow that. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone nor will my family ever be going back.

Always good. Never a bad meal. Best sit down mexican restaurant in Elk City, and the house margaritas are always on point.
Amber is an excellent server, the food and service was top notch. Best Mexican food I have had in this area hands down. I would highly recommend this place over a lot. And the little touches are what is nice, chilled individual salsa containers, the plates were hot when brought to the table, good staff and management top to bottom.

Very nice people and always great service but a little pricey. The food is always hot and fresh but not my favorite. I wish they didn't charge for the queso and sopapillas. Sopapillas were $7.99 each when lots of other Mexican food restaurants give you them for free with your meal. Maybe the other places just charge for for the food but for 5 people all drinking water our bill was over $75.00 with sopapillas. We will keep eating there but will opt out of the sopapillas from now on. Edit: Sorry, I misread the receipt on the sopapillas and are not $7.99 each. I understand the need for charging for them. I guess I just miss the good old days when everyone gave them free and also included free queso with the free chips and salsa. Still a good place to eat with good staff. I'll just pass on the sopapillas and queso since it's not free.
