We all ordered some sort of full meal. There was 7 of us and when we got our order there was no fries except in the kids meal. No problem we went to the counter and the clerk say she would have to get a manager. 5 mins. Later the manager comes to the counter and ask to see our recipe then wanted to look at what we got. Really... .

Wow I don’t know who is working that drive this night but wow explained I want to Spivey wrap meals with coke and add two extra ones with ranch she was beyond rude let her know sorry your not understanding what I mean and charged me for 6 wraps not 4 and did not put my sauce in and had to let the girl that gave me my food know how rude and disrespectful the girl was and over charged me thanks McDonald’s your in Arby’s cross hairs on bad service

When the drive thru board shows one price and lady at window wants to charge you substantially more that is a no go. She just wanted to argue. Bye! I found somewhere else cheaper and correct.

Asked for regular hamburger meal and were accommodated. Plain burger no longer on the menu, only with cheese. The burgers, fries, and diet coke hit the spot. No matter where you go, you get what you expect with McDonald's, and that's why we go there.
food was cold. Wait time was 20+ minutes in drive-through. I didn’t get a thankyou or a have a nice day not nothing. They seem to always mess up my mchicken order which how hard can that be. It’s not supposed to come with onions. I got fries and McNuggets this time and by the time I got to the window my food was already sitting up there and it was cold…I got to say McDonald’s used to be better and quicker and nicer but they’ve gone downhill sadly.
