Normally I wouldn't give a review of a McDonald's i stopped at once during a cross country road trip but wanted to give credit to the workers here.
Everyone was super friendly and multiple people stopped to ask if I had been helped. There was also a solid sense of urgency to get orders out timely and the place seemed pretty clean and organized.

The experience is terrible everytime we go there from the ordering to getting the food. Our orders are never fully right and always screwed up due to not doing there job and reading the screen properly and making sure the meal is made correctly. They just except whatever is made even if it not correct while being thrown into the bag and delivered to the customer. Our meals are never hot and they expect us to wait 20 to thirty minutes for our food. Waiting that long our meals should be hot and fresh not cold and old. The staff is disrespectful, rude, and likes flipping people off for asking a simple question. This tells me POOR MANAGEMENT runs this McDonald's in ELK CITY and NO STANDARDS OR ACCOUNTABILITY EXISTS IN THE STORE.
So who decided to teach the employees not to give ranch sauce during breakfast lol , it’s sounds so funny, be professional please

If I could give the service 0 stars I would my visit was on 10/26/24 they were out of 1/4 pound patties for the 4th day in a row I ordered a happy meal and a number 7. I ordered paid was sent to a pickup spot. After about 4 cars behind me got their food I finally went in to ask what the hold up was. I was told the other cars were ahead of me I assured them they weren’t then they had to ask me my order so they could make it. (Guess those cars weren’t ahead of me after all.) When I finally got my food it had been 23 minutes from when I ordered. I wasn’t offered a refund. IMO if you are going to have a ton of kids working weekends and nights they need some supervision. There were 4 girls all standing by the pickup window talking and not working. The service is poor anytime it’s a night especially on the weekends.
