Your food would be okay if you would change the grease in your fryers at least every 6 months the last tater tots I got were horrendous the grease was so old it made me nauseous

The past couple of times I went, there's something they forgot to put in my order. This time they forgot my cheese sticks. When I went back to inform them of the issue, they didn't even check with the one who bagged our order first they just said if I was lying, along with some unfriendly attitude. Why would I lie about 4 cheese sticks? Because I paid for it but I didn't get it so i went back to ask for it. I also asked for my tip back for this attitude. The way the deal with issue is very unprofessional. I tried to ask for the manager's number, she ignored the question and later said she is the manager. She did apologize at the end and i did get my cheese stick back.

Friendly fast and tasty but the online app is terrible. It takes to many clicks to simply reorder, the drop down choices are slow and when trying to click a button you can't tell if you clicked it or not. And how about saving the location for next time? Please fix!
