This is too Madison the Host that served us. If you do not like your job then switch jobs. A job is a job and with an attitude like that you clearly need a job that you shouldn’t have to deal with people directly. Do better.

Stopped here traveling through, girl was snobby. Dr. Pepper was out asked to replace got coke that might as well been water also. Ordered a chili with cheese it was cold, had to microwave it across the street at the gas station. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches one was loaded with pickels when they don't come on it and was not order that way, yuck! Not even busy and can't seem to get a simple 26.60 order right. I also got pulled forward to wait and received an extra fry for the wait but nothing was fresh or made correctly.

Woman working drive through had absolutely the worst customer service ability and bad attitude. No greeting. Placed my order and drove up to window. Again no acknowledgement or greeting. Woman just stated how much it was. Then gave me a dirty look and told me to go pull up to parking spot to wait for order. No need to do that. Food was out 2 minutes later and there was nobody in line. This person kept giving me dirty looks as I was sitting there waiting. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. This woman does not need to be employed here.

My cheeseburger was not fully cooked. This has happened at least 4 times in a row in the last few months. I guess I'll just stop trying. Very disappointed. It's an easy fix. The employees could care less or they would stop under cooking the food. It's literally pink!

If I wanted cold food, I would have driven the 30 minutes home. Everything was cold, no toy with the kids meal, and the girl gave me the wrong drink. Just for clarity, the food was cold when I left the counter as I tried some as I walked away, but the person behind the counter had left so I couldn't complain to her.

The floor mat in front of beverage machine was so sticky. Then your shoes were sticky on the bottom, sticking to the floor with every step.. There wasn't any cups for ketchup so had to use a lid for the ketchup.

The restaurant is clean and the service was great but don't fall for the 7$+ biggie bag. Paper thin burger patties, 9 yes 9 french fries in the tiny little fry bag/box thingy. Tiny nuggets the size of tater tots and a small drink. With tax getting near 8$ what a joke. Won't fall for that again

Wendy's classic single at six fifty pm sit down in the Restaurant. Meat was half raw and showed it to the manager.And she asked if she could make me another. Well the second one looked just like the first one. Raw meat from wendy's is not something I want to eat. Going across to a sit down restaurant and will ask for a well done burger. Great service restaurant is very clean

Working staff was friendly but of coarse every order we placed was wrong, stuff on it that were asked not to be, almost none of what was asked for extra, the men's bathrooms were filthy and the door lock was broken.

It was great, I had a blast,the younger one don't know the old school lingo.for example,three singles,with everything on the side.they were a bit confused,but,in the end, it was great, just right.perfect.it was a good burger too.
