The wait in the drive thru was kind of long. They gave me someone else's order so I had to go in then wait for my order again. The girl at the drive thru window had a great customer service attitude. She was very polite, professional, & made sure my next order was correct. Her demeanor made the experience much better than it was. I would give her a 5☆ rating.

This location does better than a lot of fast food places around here. They're not perfect and sometimes the food isn't perfectly fresh but honestly it happens everywhere. Most of the time we go, the foods good, the service is good, and they get our order right. You'd think that's the bare minimum but these days that puts them up towards the top.

I came here to give a review about how friendly the employees were and how I had a pleasant experience. I started reading other reviews about how rude the employees were in the past. These employees are just people they have good and bad days. Hopefully you all give them another chance. Thanks for having the meats Arby’s
