The wait in the drive thru was kind of long. They gave me someone else's order so I had to go in then wait for my order again. The girl at the drive thru window had a great customer service attitude. She was very polite, professional, & made sure my next order was correct. Her demeanor made the experience much better than it was. I would give her a 5☆ rating.
This location does better than a lot of fast food places around here. They're not perfect and sometimes the food isn't perfectly fresh but honestly it happens everywhere. Most of the time we go, the foods good, the service is good, and they get our order right. You'd think that's the bare minimum but these days that puts them up towards the top.

Service inside was painfully slow, and it felt like the staff didn’t know how to handle the basics. The manager seemed overwhelmed and out of sync with what was happening at both counters.
