Service Staff is always friendly and smiling, they know be name, so its always a welcomed feeling walking in. Jamocha Shake is what I always get, its always consistent, flavor, appearance, etc.... job well done.

Service inside was painfully slow, and it felt like the staff didn’t know how to handle the basics. The manager seemed overwhelmed and out of sync with what was happening at both counters. All the focus went to the drive-thru while we, the inside customers, were left waiting with no acknowledgment. It wasn’t just inefficient—it was inconsiderate. Time for this location...

The guy who worked the window was rather rude and pushy while we tried to order our food. Then, gave me cold fries and a drink that was not Dr. Pepper. This is usually our go to when we are in Enid shopping don't think I will be returning anytime soon.
