Terrible customer service, all the food tastes the same, the root beer is the best part on the days it's working. Dirty, slow, and unpleasant all around.

I order from Long John Silvers. Everything was ok. I got the number 11 which was 2 fish, 1 chicken, and 3 shrimp. Which came with 2 hush puppies I got the sides of fries, and coleslaw. We all got coleslaw and one was skimpy. After eating their food and haven't for years fryer oil ai don't care much for lately I'm sorry to say.

Love the fried clam strips and fried shrimp the problem is that when I got home I discovered that I only had 1 order of fried clams when I paid for 2 and I sure didn't want to go back and wait another 26 minutes.I was sure disappointed next time I will check before pulling away from the window.

No AC, floors looked dirty and where slick, and Flys everywhere. To add there was no ice had to ask to have ice brought out.

BEWARE BEWARE!!! The place didn't have A/C (except one side of the dinning), Pepsi or Root beer., and no ice! We did have a very larger order we waited 40 mins for... when it came out it was wrong, items were missing, and some of it was cold. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting not sure when they cleaned it last.You could smell the grease trap. As we were leaving everyone was having issues with their order and the manager came out the kitchen started cussing and walked right back in. I wouldn't recommend this place!! The Health Department needs to shut it down! Pray none of us get sick!!!

Terrible service, rude staff, and the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been to. It took 40 mins to receive our order, to have them remake it twice. I will never revisit this restaurant and would not recommend anyone else to eat there.

Food was alright but the cashier was so friendly even when super busy running to get everybody anything they want. Believe the gentleman's name was Zachary C. Amazing service, long Johns needs more people like him

Bro table not clean ugly water on floor and drink so bad and one fries had black chef cook slow 20 minutes or 30 minutes but so trash and two drink leave table I’m not come again but and, I’m so not happy was bathroom so fine. ?

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am livid. I spent over 30 min in the drive thru waiting on our food only for it to be inedible. The meat was so burnt that it was crunchy. They missed items, got items wrong and the alphas employees acted as though they were high. I have tried to call to get my money back but no one will answer the phone. $40 down the drain.
When i went by the first time i was told they were not open yet and was not told what time they would open. Hours are wrong on Google maps so I added a suggestion for a time change, however, when I went back the second time an employee told me they don't really know what time they will open due to sluggish computers. The employee was nice and polite.

I guess it depends upon who they have hired to work there. I've been in when the meal was great. Then I've gone through the drive-thru and the burger was just warm, the buns still felt cold like they were just taken out of the fridge, and the drink shake was runny. Haven't been back since, and that was six months ago (05/21).

Usually pretty good but terrible service today. Pulled up to the drive thru, waited about 10 minutes with no acknowledgement so parked and went to the door. Both locked, walked up to the window, knocked on it and three employees looked at me then turned around. What the h? Guess you don’t want my $ anymore.
