Absolutely outstanding BBQ and so much more! Blaze’s BBQ knocks it out of the park with every bite. Their smoked meatloaf is next-level — rich, smoky, and full of flavor. The lunch specials are a great value and always hit the spot.
On top of the incredible food, the service is just as impressive. Friendly, fast, and always welcoming. You can tell they care about their customers. If you’re looking for top-notch BBQ with great variety and unbeatable hospitality, Blaze’s is the place to go!

We went here for lunch today and left very happy and well fed. The food was well made and delicious through and through.
Our server, Emily, was awesome and took great care of our table. We never had an empty cup.
The ribs what kind of blah tasting almost like they are boiled
Nice place, very good waitress, good food.
Greasy food! The burgers are greasy, the brisket is so fatty and also tastes like it was heated in the microwave.
Onion rings couldn't hold their batter and were basically naked (pro tip... the onions have to be extremely dry before applying batter).
The tables are always sticky! There is a water leak in the women's room leaking under the wall. Pretty sure that is not good for the health of customers... thinking of all the wet insulation and walls it is causing.
Only went back because it's where the in-laws wanted to go. I'll pass no matter what next time.
The cook was wearing gloves and touching his beard and then touch food.i couldn't eat my food
Good food

Great bbq and the best rhubarb pie on the planet!
This is hands down the best place in town. Their food is delicious and reasonable. The dry pulled pork is. fabulous! Their Reuben sandwich taste delicious, with real corned beef. Their lunch menu is under 10 w/ a drink. The only problem, you cannot tell they are open. Oh. The Friday night steak and shrimp is the bomb!!! SENIOR MENU ALSO
Parking: The location is great at the corner of Willow and VanBuren
Kid-friendliness: I see kids there often.

Waitress brought bill while I was eating. Next time she passes table she moves bill closer to the plate I'm eating from. I was talking on my phone while finishing my meal, waitress interrupts my phone conversation asking me to pay my bill...I'm eating still while talking on long distance call.
Rudest waitress I've ever met. Will not go back there to eat again.
