Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

This is not a very clean Brahms. They’re not terribly busy, but all the tables are dirty. You can see where people been walking on that seating and nobody’s wiped them off. I asked for my food to eat in the restaurant and they still gave it to me in a bag to go. Poor management training I would say. Skip this one.

Went for ice cream! Great choices! Manager was telling employees to clock out when they were already short staffed. We stood waiting for someone to help us for at least 10 minutes. While the Manager on shift was just staring. All the males were standing around to left not working while the females were running around doing drive thru and running the store.

Messed up my order

Had not been to Braum's in many years. I was disappointed to see the steak sandwich is no longer on the menu, but I got a hamburger with no mayo extra braum's sauce and it was good. The hand dipped ice cream was really good. The cottage cheese is delicious, best cottage cheese around!! I wish I could freeze it and take a bunch back to Ohio with me.

Tanya in the drive through was rude i order six bags of burgers and she was snippy with how fast we showed up the attitude was not appreciated

The 1.99 scoop cones made it very economical to get an afternoon tray for our group of 10. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Service was fast and efficient!

Nasty cold food, rude workers and a nasty attitude from the manager. Store dirty tables filled with crumbs. I will never come back to this dirty establishment every again. If I could give less then one start I would apsolutly insane.

EXCELLENT service, my favorite Braums in the state.

I have been visiting this Braum’s location since childhood, and for many years it was consistently a 10/10 experience. Unfortunately, the quality of service has declined so dramatically that I feel compelled to leave this review.

In recent visits, the staff at the drive-thru window have been consistently unprofessional, inattentive, and outright disrespectful. Orders are frequently incorrect, employees speak rudely or shout through the speaker when asked—politely—to speak more clearly, and there is an overall lack of basic customer service standards. The drive-thru team in particular seems disinterested in providing even a minimal level of courtesy or hospitality.

It is astonishing that a location with such a long-standing positive reputation has been allowed to deteriorate to this extent. As someone who works in management and customer service, it is clear to me that the root of these issues lies in poor leadership and a lack of accountability. Whoever is currently responsible for running this store has allowed the operations and employee conduct to fall into complete disarray.

This location is in urgent need of a full managerial and staff overhaul. Braum’s can—and should—do significantly better.

My wife and I have established a Braun's Sunday for ourselves here. The prices are amazing and the food and ice-cream is outstanding 👏 Dairy Queen has nothing on these guys.

I'm sorry but I've been a little disappointed in your hamburgers lately. But I still love your poppy seed salad.

Terrible service. Yesterday they charged me for products I didn't even buy, and they don't want the products I needed. I asked for someone who spoke Spanish to clarify what happened, and in the end, to avoid any misunderstandings, I left it alone. It used to be my favorite ice cream shop, but now they've just lost a customer. Maybe because I'm Hispanic, they didn't want to serve me properly.
