I just left this place and I noticed in my shake spit like substance! My grandma may have been a little pushy but that is not an excuse to do something so disgusting. Plus they were out of all the ice cream I wanted even birthday cake I will never visit this place again!!!

Braums on the East Side is by Far the Best Braums in this town!! I reside on the west side, but I drive to this locale because they cook my Bacon Cheese Burger Fresh!! And cook my french fries Extra crispy just like I Love them. So I dance while I wait in the the parking lot. The staff are polite and exhibit excellent communication skills and customer services!! Now when I go through the drive-thru I refer to myself as the Black Woman with the burnt fries or better yet, Dr. Burnt Fries!! And the staff laugh and prepare my food fresh!!Dr. Angela Michelle Jackson

The food is never really the issue at this specific location. However, the customer service is HORRIBLE. All you see is workers on their phones and ignoring the register inside the store. It looks like no one has swept or mopped under a table in months. Idk. I love the food but everything else is going far down hill. They are also habitually bad with forgetting items you've paid for
