Went inside and ordered to go. I got my food fast had to ask for my shake by the time I got home Al my food was soggy and cold. I ordered three meals the same and they messed up two!? The young man the made my shake though was very polite and did a great job helping me. I will no longer be going to this location cause sadly it’s happen more than I care to admit.

Braums has the best ice cream and egg nog anywhere. The customer service is amazing and I love there little grocery store.

Typical fast food dining experience. Order a Hamburger just to get home and it not be in there .... standard practice for Enid oklahoma

Went through drive thru to get my granddaughter her cheeseburger kids meal. Made exactly how she wanted it, served hot and fresh. The fries were a little soggy & room temperature (she wouldn't eat them). But everything else was great. Service was awesome!
