We love braum's!
Good ice cream as always
Spent 20+ minutes in the drive through patiently waiting for my order to be taken, when I finally gave up and drove to the window, I wasn't even offered an apology. It seemed as though they thought i was just being impatient,when in reality the person doing the dual lanes wasn't switching between them.
Best chocolate shake in town. Go there everyday for lunch. But on this particular day the little skinny brunette was extremely rude. Didn't say a word to me. Then I said have a thank you. Have a great day. Just to have the window slammed on me. Lol some people!
Zavian and Vandi were very friendly and helpful, food was good as always
My husband and I usually come to this location. The staff was not very friendly, the blonde that took our order didnt have a good attitude. The lobby was full of people waiting on food, after waiting for over 15 minutes for the food it was cold. Not sure what is going on today but I feel like the staff needs to be refreshed on customer service and the food shouldn't take over 15 minutes to be made and handed out, especially if its going to come out cold

Friendly staff, great ice cream and burgers, decent prices all at the same place.
Milkshake was good but nothing special. Chicken on the fried chicken sandwich was about 1/4 inch thick and so hard you could barely chew it. Maybe ok for the ice cream but stay away from the meal items.
Braums is the best place to grab a good bite to eat or a few groceries. The chicken and pork they offer in the market taste better than others.
