I have always loved their locations. The only thing I really would like to see changed is for them to add any cream or sugar, coffee when ordered through the drive-through.

Girl at drive thru tonight was extremely rude and unprofessional, she couldn’t hear me when ordering and proceeded to yell “what!” Then basically threw my bag at me, she didn’t give me a straw so I waited for her to open the window. When she opened it she just starred at me with this look of annoyance, I asked for a straw and she snatched one and handed it to me. I understand it’s hard to get help nowadays because no one wants to work but don’t settle for just anyone because you will lose business!
Had a very good breakfast here . Food was hot (except for the hash rounds). But all tasted good . Great store. Good food, friendly service .

I just left this place and I noticed in my shake spit like substance! My grandma may have been a little pushy but that is not an excuse to do something so disgusting. Plus they were out of all the ice cream I wanted even birthday cake I will never visit this place again!!!

One Of my favorite braums because it is so clean and has a great atmosphere. If you are from out of town, you must try the Braums in Oklahoma. Anything is good, but their hamburgers and milk and ice cream are the best.

The food is never really the issue at this specific location. However, the customer service is HORRIBLE. All you see is workers on their phones and ignoring the register inside the store. It looks like no one has swept or mopped under a table in months. Idk. I love the food but everything else is going far down hill. They are also habitually bad with forgetting items you've paid for
