Very good. Our waitress MAC was excellent.
Lousy Service. Two Saturdays in a row I didn’t even get acknowledged for almost 20 minutes. I n addition, the first Saturday, I had to wait 5 to 15 minutes every time I asked for something. The 2nd Saturday, I just left without ordering.
Update: I haven’t heard from them since I filled my original complaint weeks ago. Still haven’t received my refund for the missing items, nor has the district manger called or emailed me back. BWW has terrible customer service and doesn’t deserve anyone’s business.
Manager is very unprofessional. When asked about a takeout order issue didn’t want to take responsibility. Then he refused to give up the district manager contact information or any way to file a complaint....read full review
