So I’ve always had a great experience honestly at our Enid Bdubs but tonight was kinda sucky, we ordered the 20 combo and some fries and what not but what sucked was the wings had none of the sauce on them. I think mistakes happen and it’s totally fine still love the place, just make sure to check your bags before leaving with takeout! Also the manager, I think his name was Robert, was hella chill so that’s why this is a 4 star XD

Eh... subpar customer service food was ok. Drink was the best part not weak for a 9 dollar drink. I'm standing to check out and 3 people have walked by me. The waitress did her bare minimum duty which is why i qont leave a tip or come back

Service was great but the place smells!! We go to the bar because it at least smells clean in there. The bathrooms are even worse. The workers and staff have to smell this and it’s been this way for months!! Find the reason and fix it or at least put deodorizers up!!

Slow to no service. They need at least 1 1 adult on site to ensure they are taking care of customers. Very disappointing.
I understand the lack of help that is available today, but to cram all the guests in one section is not cool. I ordered the buffalo ranch chicken wrap. Seems they have thrown out the use of boneless wings in the wrap and now use canned chicken that tastes like tin. I made our server aware and she told me they had started ordering different supplies. No offer to make things right. Off my list now.

I used to be a frequent customer, but it's hard to support an establishment that bans people for self defense. The problem should have been remediated prior to that point of escalation. Instead management bans the people who had just walked in and were immediately met with confrontation from other customers.

Honestly loved going to this place once upon a time but cannot support an establishment that bans a loyal patron for defending him self against several others that were entirely too intoxicated and should have been kicked out of the establishment before they were allowed to become violent to begin with. This patron gave this establishment business on a weekly basis and does not deserve a permanent ban when all witnesses and even actual footage of the incident show him being attached unprovoked and him ending the situation to prevent further disruption.
