I had the trio dip supposedly. It was All in house made , queso with hatch green chili's , salsa, and avocado 🥑 dip it was terrible. If this is their house made specialty dips plus in-house made Tortilla chips, there is no way, it all tasted like it come from a jar, no seasoning, no flavor very disappointed they were not even that busy, but we waited a good ten to fifteen minutes just to get our order taken, looks like they were scrambling around going in circles.Our waitress was somewhat friendly. How can you mess up on chicken wings? They were okay. But none of their sauces or none of that in housemaid was worth a dollar.

Had family over and ordered on line .Ready when we got there. Drove way across town , Pick up and drove home and found out we didn't get everything. Had to go back. Wings & fries were dry and over cooked, worst ever. Spent $100.00 for wings & fries. NEVER AGAIN !!! , BWW's has gone way down hill. NEVER EAT AT THE ONE IN ENID AGAIN !!!!

It’s a nice spot; we sat at the bar and enjoyed ourselves with good beer on tap, excellent service, and decent food. Everyone was watching the football games and seemed happy as well.

Went in on a slow Sunday with not many people in the restaurant and we still couldn’t find our server. Amber is THE worst server i’ve ever come across and was almost sick with how bad she was. Had to ask another waitress 3x as to where the heck she was and then when she was there she didn’t hardly talk and left as soon as she saw fit. All you can eat appetizers was straight propaganda with her. Terrible experience

Absolutely terrible service. Awful waitress, food was terrible and overcooked. We ordered traditional wings and they were very hard. The waitress forgot about us and took everyone else’s orders that had gotten there way before us. She said she was going to bring a to go box and never did. Our drinks took forever. The host wouldn’t even speak and used her finger to tell us to follow her. Overall, awful experience and was a huge waste of money. The server also overcharged us but we were so ready to leave that we just didn’t even bother saying anything. We also waited over an hour just to get our food.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Im a server myself, so I’m pretty understanding most of the time but paying 70$ for cold wings, and crappy service is just ridiculous. Called and spoke with a manager and got hung up on 4x before I could get anyone on the phone. When I finally got a manager on the phone and told him my problem, there was no offer of compensation or anything to make amends to the problem. Literally he said “sorry for the bad experience, I’ll talk to her”
Like ok, I still spent 70$ and had a horrible experience. We got there at 12:06 and didn’t get our food till 1:20… and it was cold. And not once were we checked on or offered refills. I had to go up to the server wherever she was at and ask for pretty much everything. Basically served myself.

Ordered the Boneless BOGO, one of my nuggets had a chicken bone. I was charged for 3 tall millers but only had 2, BWW would not honor a military discount because since I spent over $10 and redeemed a free dessert that I could not get the 10% discount in my wings and regular tots. Men's bathroom was disgusting! tall beer not filled to top, only 20oz instead of 22oz NBA playoffs were on but no TVs had them on until manager was approached
