I went through the drive thru, was the first person, and I waited almost 20 minutes from the time I paid til the time I was handed my food. I then get home to realize they gave me THE WRONG THING. If someone asks for something, and you’re not sure, you NEED to ask and make sure you clarify everything.

Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to the bun was hard as a rock when I called and inquired about it. The manager on duty said that she would comp me a meal the following night went back in to get my free meal and evidently they just wanted to comp me the sandwich instead of the whole meal so absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever been to any Burger King and I will never come back to this place

I opened my burger and my lettuce is brown and soggy, my pickles are brown and rubbery and my tomato is turning black. I called the restaurant to let them know my veggies are ALL bad and whoever answered the phone just said, "that's weird because our veggies are fine." I explained again what was wrong with my food and she told me there's nothing wrong with their vegetables. The she hung up on me!
