I just ordered 2 loaded burritos and had to throw them in the trash. I never have been fed such gross garbage in my life.So are the burgers I don't think they ever change their grease 😕 Everyone is very nice and friendly at this Loves but the kitchen needs some help. Gross 🤮

This makes the second time I have ordered a hamburger and got a cheese burger fries cold and they didn't announce our name when our order was ready why take our name if your not going to alert the customer to their order being ready.

The manager was cleaning the fryer and had her hands in dirty water as (she said) just water then reached in the fill fry orders with the same dirty hands touching the French fries with her hands unsanitary habits and when I called her on she argued that it was clean water but yet it was black as the gloves she was wearing I asked to have those fresh fries burned meaning tossed in the trash she went over and started complaining to her employees about me saying it was right

Having to wait 20 minutes to receive your food from the drive thru when it was only you in the drive thru is criminal. This place needs more staff. Seemed like only one person was doing everything.

Stopped by to grab a quick bite as we were passing through town and it was during the busy lunch hour. This team did a fantastic job at getting the food out quickly and efficiently. I think the best thing was seeing the lady in a pink vis vest telling her team they were doing such a great job during a busy time. The communication between everyone in the kitchen was so lovely to see. Everyone looked like they knew exactly what to do and when to do it! Vena was so polite and very quick with our order!

2:50am 6-24-2025 just got my big Angus super star just to get two top buns one extremely burnt,,had to eat it because of the time ,,,but i mean really how does this even happen,,,hope someone is held accountable ,,order ID AAA59M2EACA7 ..employee Jon B,,,thanks for a bad meal

Gave me probably the stalest burger I’ve ever been served lol. It was like 11pm, but still. 3-4 folks working. Aside from the food, they were polite and fun.
