Everything was cold. How is it 11am and my french fries are cold and heavy with grease? My Western Bacon Cheeseburger ... cold. (The buns, the meat, the onion rings, bacon the cheese, EVERYTHING) And just to top off the cold $8 Western Bacon Cheeseburger, they watered down the BBQ sauce, so instead of a nice BBQ sauce, to offset the cold, instead ... it soaked into the bun, making it a cold SOGGY burger.

In a rainy day I wasted $10 on a burrito That was supposed to be loaded with awesomeness but no she cooks nothing she left everything wrong in my burrito it was soggy and the person that cooked it was a white girl and I'm a Mexican customer and she still was serving it with a smile at her face I called to see if they could do anything about it and they're just laughed at my face so yeah good luck getting the right order of your minority

I just ordered 2 loaded burritos and had to throw them in the trash. I never have been fed such gross garbage in my life.So are the burgers I don't think they ever change their grease 😕 Everyone is very nice and friendly at this Loves but the kitchen needs some help. Gross 🤮
This makes the second time I have ordered a hamburger and got a cheese burger fries cold and they didn't announce our name when our order was ready why take our name if your not going to alert the customer to their order being ready.

The manager was cleaning the fryer and had her hands in dirty water as (she said) just water then reached in the fill fry orders with the same dirty hands touching the French fries with her hands unsanitary habits and when I called her on she argued that it was clean water but yet it was black as the gloves she was wearing I asked to have those fresh fries burned meaning tossed in the trash she went over and started complaining to her employees about me saying it was right
