I placed my order online and I've been waiting for an hour and they won't give me my order or my refund They didn't want to give me my order or my money after waiting more than an hour

They failed to apply our coupon that they advertized to us, then said they couldnt do a refund, then when we come to pick up our order they canceled it and made us wait after telling us it was our fault. We went home, and our two sandwiches were completely fallen apart and splattered all over our togo boxes. Worst service ive ever had with a restaurant hands down. This was made through the charlys app, not doordash.

Charley's Cheestakes has been in Walmart for about a year now and some of us never knew because we always walk in and out through the pharmacy side. ? Try going in through the grocery side, where you will be greeted by friendly staff who are usually serving these awesome samples to promote the business. I love a restaurant WHERE I CAN SEE MY FOOD BEING MADE with love ❤️ My only complaint is it needs improvement on the wait times although it's worth it ?.

Every experience is a great experience at Charley's because they roll out the red carpet for every customer with a welcoming greeting and a Thank you upon leaving. Now that it's under NEW MANAGEMENT, I'm sure it's bound to improve and reach it's full potential.

My favorite sandwiches are the Pepperoni Cheesesteak and the kimchi cheesesteak that I have to frequently get because it's a limited time offer. I will miss it when it becomes unavailable. It's very good for those with great taste buds ?

If you're a meat lover GO OLD SCHOOL ? but you can never go wrong with a #2 Philly! This is a place that CARES and will go the extra mile to fix a mistake and ensure you leave with a ? smile.

Family friendly, clean atmosphere. Staff members are extra super nice and helpful. They even came out to check on us a few times and food came out quicker than we expected. Not to forget the food was absolutely delicious ? —Will be returning.

Thursday evening ,August 29th. The 2 evening crew were out standing. They both took great care in preparing my order and went above and beyond to insure my visit was a pleasant one and my order was as ordered. A true asset to the company. Thanks for the great service and delicious food!

I genuinely enjoy the food here; I've ordered multiple times, and the taste and quality have always been excellent. However, my experience with the curbside service has been nothing short of a disaster. Out of five curbside orders, I have received my food delivered to me exactly zero times.

The last time I went in, there were plenty of employees standing around, yet none even acknowledged my presence or showed any intention of bringing me my order. It was infuriating to see so many staff members doing nothing while I waited.

This isn’t just a minor inconvenience; it’s a consistent failure in service that highlights a severe lack of management oversight. It’s incredibly frustrating that they don’t seem to care about addressing these ongoing issues.

I’ve finally reached my breaking point and will not be returning. It’s a shame because the food is great, but the appalling service makes it impossible for me to justify supporting this establishment any longer due to management.

We've ordered the menu through uber eats, waited 20 minutes. Got a call from an uber driver saying they don't have the menu prepared. Comes out they ran out of the menu, but still took the order and didn't even notify me until the driver arrived. The first thing they said wasn't even an apology, but to choose a different menu. No discount, no apology, nothing. I guess that says it all.

The food was great and honestly the service was pretty good, the only reason I rated so low is because the lady that was working was there by herself on her second day with nobody there to help her. She was taking orders and cooking, doing everything. She was great doing her best. They even changed the menu on her but not the register. Not really sure what kind of management let's an employee who's been there 2 days work alone but that's not good management. But she definitely did her best and then finally someone else came in to work.

And the chicken is crispy and overcooked
