The bone-in was cooked tooooo long.😔 On the other hand, my burger bites were ok even though the bun was somewhat hard. Babyyyyy, I will say our drinks were amazing 👏
Fun fact: Chili's, mixes my favorite mango syrup, sprite, and lemonade drink of all places!!! A few years ago, a server in OKC (Rockwell & Expressway) turned me on to this amazing mixology!!! 💙

Absolutely love this Chili’s the food is always amazing and the service keeps me coming back. The staff here goes above and beyond every single time and it truly makes a difference. One of the biggest reasons I keep returning is because of Catie, she is hands down the best server I’ve ever had. She’s always friendly, attentive, and just has the kind of personality that makes your day better no matter what. She remembers little details, makes sure everything is perfect, and truly treats you like more than just another table. She is a great and deserves all the credit in the world. The management team is just as fantastic. Brad, the main manager, always runs the place smoothly and is super approachable and professional. Sterling and Kalisha are also amazing, they’re always helpful and kind, and you can tell the whole team works really well together. Between the great food, incredible service, and awesome people, this Chili’s is definitely my go-to spot and many others here in Enid.

After a hard long day playing pickleball with friends we decided to go with Chili's because we heard their Triple Dipper was good. Upon arrival and given a table, we were told that food would take a while to be made. After hearing this, we expected a 30min-1hr delay and thought it was fine and understandable. After taking our order we had to wait 2hr+ for our food and when we got it was cold and most likely reheated and not fresh. After all that, our waitress decided it was a good idea to tip herself 20% without letting us know. Overall, my experience at Chili's was not very pleasurable.

So I took my family here yesterday because my son graduated. There was a total of 12 of us. 3 of us ordered the 6oz sirloin with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Our steaks were supposed to be medium rare. Instead they were slightly pink in the middle ( not medium rare) the meat was tough and very chewy. Our waitress was excellent. I use to love going to chili's. Im from out of town and I spent good money here. The food really needs investigated because I never remember it being like this. I know you can do better . God bless
I went to chili's today for lunch, I got the surf and steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes. I couldn't eat most of it due to way to much seasoning and the butter I asked for was so garlicky, I told the waitress and she told the manager, but still had to pay for a meal I did not enjoy at all. Very disappointed. Will not go back.

Update: My wife and her friend came here the other night. Don’t know the gentleman’s name. But he was very distant. Had an attitude the whole time. He acted weird when she asked for to go chips and salsa. Unsure why someone needs to be rude when their job is to be serviceable and serve food. Serve food, not attitude.
