Online order app needs work. Would not let me review employees. I had to redo the order three times.and the app needs to be connected to the store for customers help when app is messing up. Dominos rewards need to be obtainable through call in orders.

This is one of two we have here in Enid, Oklahoma. I would recommend this Domino's over any other! ? I order almost weekly and have yet to be disappointed. Haven't had a wrong order once in at least 2 yrs. (Unlike almost every other food joint or pizza place experience..) The REWARDS program and the occasional "emergency pizza" is a bonus.. 10/10..

The workers probably don't have a manager working tonight on Labor Day, I ca me e to curb side pickup. I tipped the girl that came out with my food, after I made my order it asked me if I wanted 16 piece bread bites so I hit yes I also paid for Garlic dipping cups, because, the bread is real dry. They didn't put my garlic cup in my order but I paid for it. I simply called, told a girl they forgot my garlic cup, she Hung up on me. I called back it rang and ranged, finally they picked up the phone and slammed it down. This store on Willow Rd in Enid Ok, has No respect for themselves, or the customers, this is why Resterants are getting shut down like Crazy out here in Enid Oklahoma. I'll get a hold of corporate Tomorrow. It's not even so much about them Not caring they ripped me off but I talked extremely nice, like a gentleman, and the Anger in this Dominos is Terrible I'll Never go back to a Dominos Again

If they had a 0 Star option , that’s what I’d pick!! Last week they forgot to put the toppings on our pizza. Called them only to send out another pizza to the wrong address.,.,, Called again and said it would be right there for the third time finally got the correct pizza to us at 11:45pm !! This week they forgot the chicken, had to call them twice and they finally brought the chicken and it was the same chicken they had initially made and by the time an hour and a half later it wasn’t even edible!! Very disappointed.
