We ran across this place on a ride to Colorado. The food was so good we went again every time we were in the area. When we camped at Salt plains we made our way over to eat here. Every time I eat here I am glad I did. This place is one I will go to again when I am in the area.“Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. I ordered pork street tacos with a side of beans and rice. The tacos were delicious with plenty of meat and there’s enough beans and rice for two healthy sized portions. I will be going back often. The staff is also friendly! Thank you El Carnitas!

I want to give six stars! I just happened to visit this place as I was driving around looking for Mexican food. The quesadilla was awesome and the key ingredient was the carnitas! I can see where they got their name. I wish I lived nearby. I would visit at least twice a week. For the hostess, this is Big Tex that spoke to your kids.
