Today was not a good day for Enid Brewery. Stopped in to enjoy brunch and service wasSlow from the get go. Asked many times for an item (between multiple people) and we still did not receive it. Food was burnt, drinks were warm, and items were not properly ticketed. Menu said one price but the ticket said another. Only thing that was enjoyable was the ice water.

Found this place while in town on business. Had a thoroughly great time and enjoyed the variety of beverages available. The hospitality and friendliness of staff and management was superb as was the overall cleanliness. A definite must-go when in town!!

Having had the absolute privilege of interacting with Alyse, I feel compelled to share my experience. Her service is not merely exceptional - it is extraordinary, unparalleled, and, quite simply, phenomenal. From the moment I was greeted by Alyse, it was clear that she had a deep-seated commitment to providing service of the highest caliber. Her ability to anticipate and meet my needs often before I was even aware of them, was nothing short of remarkable. It was as if she had an innate understanding of my requirements, effortlessly tending to them with grace, professionalism, and an attention to detail that is rare in today's fast-paced world.Alyse's customer service skills are coupled with a palpable sense of genuine care. Each interaction is tailored, personal, and heartfelt, making one feel valued and important. This degree of personalized attention, a testament to Alyse's dedication to her customers, is a breath of fresh air in an era where one-size-fits-all solutions are far too common. But what truly sets Alyse apart is her smile. It is not merely a curl of her lips, but a radiant expression of warmth that emanates from her being. It's infectious - a kind of sunshine that brightens your day and leaves an indelible impression long after the interaction has ended. Her smile doesn't just say, "I'm here to help." It says, "I'm genuinely glad to see you." It says, "You matter." It is, indeed, the kind of smile that stays with you, its memory bringing a touch of warmth to even the coldest of days.It is not often that one encounters a service professional like Alyse. Her dedication, attention to detail, and radiant smile are truly phenomenal. These qualities not only make her an asset to any team, but also serve as a gold standard for what exceptional customer service should look like. To say that Alyse provides phenomenal customer service would be an understatement. In truth, she redefines it.

This is where all the uptown people go . I went there with a friend won't go again. Don't like the people there the staff was the typical enid crowd.

Food was decent. Service was terrible and we were the only table eating. We sat for probably 10 minutes before someone came over. Had to stare at the bar to get attention. Forget about refills. That didn't happen. Two big tables just drinking. Didn't look like they got much service either. A few people at the bar so service for them was spot on. Band was great. We will be looking for Revolt around town to go listen to. Not this place tho. In a town that needs good food places, service, decent beer and wine looks like they would be eager for tips. We tipped the band twice as much as the waitstaff tonight. So we will not be back. Really wanted a place to go eat and listen to great music that's not so loud and you can't talk to each other and sadly this place let us down.

Good brewery with great beer and food. The atmosphere is good, it’s a quaint place with friendly staff. May suggest giving a bit more training though, and the live music and random MMA weigh-in events get annoying. Good brewery overall.

Nice little local brewery. The wait staff wasn't super friendly and had no idea how to pour a stout. There wasn't much ambiance, but they had a decent selection.

Overpriced and overrated. We got a burger, salad, and two drinks for $37. The burger tasted fine but was rather small and the salad's chicken was dry. Service was fine but the beer was quite bad. My hefeweizen tasted more like a watered down seltzer.
