Got my food home the fish and shrimp had been under a light way to long and was missing 2 chicken legs sent my wife back and they were very rude and acted like it was her fault. When she got the food back home it was exactly the same as the food we had just complained about. Horrible experience and wont be going back.

i wanted to cancel and get a refund. i have yet to see my refund. that was feb 26 and today is march 9. they just hang up on me when I call about it.

Worst service in Enid for chicken!!! Gave our order to someone else and wanted us to wait for more to be made! Employee smarted off telling me other people need to eat too and never offered a discount for giving my order to someone else, gave them 30 min for a $100 order and the idiot said we were late. Never again will I use this place unless the owner does an employee purge! Not worth the money or hassle!

Order the spicy chicken sandwich here and as the Popeye's chicken sandwich is the gold standard a 10. This chicken sandwich falls well short of the gold standard. I would give it a 5.5 because the chicken was questionable the bun was soggy and the sauce was mediocre. Although I'll put together it didn't taste terrible. The service on the other hand was. Ordered extra sauces and received none not even the sauces that came with the meal. No paper towels on the to-go box and no utensils.
Absolutely the worst experience at this location. Only had two employees working. Waited ten minutes in drive-thru. Just to be told to pull around. They were out of almost every thing on the menu. Was told the way time would be 30 minutes. Will not ever be back to this location.

I have tried this establishment more than two times and each time I am disappointed. But I keep going back giving them a chance but next time I think I'll just stick with chef Ramsay's chicken dinners. The chicken strips were dry and old looking, mashed potatoes were watery. I was really disappointed ☹️ 20$$ down the drain.. My 6$ frozen tv dinner, lemon caper chicken with potatoes and broccoli were 150x better than golden chick, more like olden chick..
