Ordered a family chicken tender combo. It's supposed to come with 2 sides and 4 rolls. After my 45 min wait in the drive thru, I received my order. Halfway home, I decided to check the order. No rolls, no fries. Not to mention, when I arrived, there were no other customers there. The kids that were working last night obviously have no work ethic or people skills. We will not be back to this establishment until they fix their team. Drive 30 minutes to Hennessy! So much better!

Every time. There is never enough help and the wait time is ridiculous. I even order ahead online. Come in when it tells me. Then there is no answer at drive thru, so I come inside. "OH we've been busy. It will be about 10 min." And for months there is never more than 2 people in the store. It was a total of 1 hr wait from when we ordered it. Got home with meal & the fries were old! Very disappointed.

Ordered door dash from here. They told the dasher my order had been picked up when it had not been. They got golden chick to "remake" my food and I received old bread and old chicken. Rock solid. Not happy.

Did an online order and dilivered . About 1/3 of our order wasn't there. I ended up having to get out to get the missing items. Ordered a chicken breast meal. Got thighs instead. When they replaced the order. Boom.. thighs again. .. Very unhappy. Over a $60 order and $6 delivery charge. Very disappointing.
Tried the Catfish , was mediocre, not worth buying again. Green beans were the worst I've ever had. Dark brown nasty tasting sauce on them.

We placed our order online to be picked up at 5:30. We were in line by 5:33 and received our order at 6:07. The lady at the window did apologize and said they were short on staff. When we got home my husband order was the fried chicken instead of the golden roast.
