Ordered door dash from here. They told the dasher my order had been picked up when it had not been. They got golden chick to "remake" my food and I received old bread and old chicken. Rock solid. Not happy.

Did an online order and dilivered . About 1/3 of our order wasn't there. I ended up having to get out to get the missing items. Ordered a chicken breast meal. Got thighs instead. When they replaced the order. Boom.. thighs again. .. Very unhappy. Over a $60 order and $6 delivery charge. Very disappointing.

Tried the Catfish , was mediocre, not worth buying again. Green beans were the worst I've ever had. Dark brown nasty tasting sauce on them.

The Golden Chick's in town WERE owned by a local person but sadly he sold both restaurants. Food used to be good. Best okra ever. Service used to be phenomenal. Friendly and helpful. They used to do delivery. The previous owner did a lot for the community and even donated all the unused food at the end of every day to a local soup kitchen. That was done away with and now the new owner just throws away all the food away at the end of every night. Seems like such a waste.

We placed our order online to be picked up at 5:30. We were in line by 5:33 and received our order at 6:07. The lady at the window did apologize and said they were short on staff. When we got home my husband order was the fried chicken instead of the golden roast.

First time here. Last time here. Food was great but there were only two people working. Both older women. Doing the best that they could but the food took more than 30 minutes to get. Several people walked out. Seriously need to get these ladies some help!

The food was great. My partner ordered chicken and didn't get sauce and I ordered some chicken as well with ranch and the special sauce. Didn't receive the ranch when we went to get it the lady told us they would cost .39 each, she ended up giving u one of them since we'd ordered it. One sauce for 8 pieces of chicken. Not to mention the woman in the blue shirt possibly blond hair was rude, her tone of voice. When we went back to get a box she handed us a box but didn't fold it, we didn't know how to fold it so it broke so I just took the two plates and put them on top of one another and walked out.That lady's vibe was off.
This Golden chick rocks. The other one in Enid never even acknowledges us. We tried that one 2x but this one on Garriott treats us right. Good chicken sandwiches.
