If I could write a review without leaving any stars I would have. Walking in, the building smells like old litter box and dirty diapers. The staff was ATROCIOUS. They were standing outside smoking, so it took a minute to get a table. Then, the server was easily the most rude person I’ve ever had to put up with. First, he acted like I was stupid when I asked for hot coffee. Then he was snarky when I asked for creamer. Then when we ordered I asked for a cold drink with my meal, to which he said “wow, you guys really like your drinks,” and rolled his eyes. The icing on top of this crap sundae was when he came back out with the bill after 15 minutes. The time wasn’t the issue, the issue was when he asked how the food was I simply said it was good thank you. He ignored me, looked at my husband and said “is she ok?” And said that he thought I sounded bloated. Excuse me? At what point is it acceptable to say that to or about someone. Needless to say, I won’t ever set foot in this establishment again. As a woman, I’ve been to countries where women aren’t seen as equals to men and I was treated better there than the way I was treated in this place.

Went in this morning and had a bad experience, we were sat down and no one came to get our drink order we waited for more than ten minutes and nothing until I called a waiter to get our drink order, after our drinks were brought to us no one came back to take our order or even checked on us .

There were a number of wait staff at the front when we walked in and none would come to seat us. After waiting some time we walked out. I complained to the manager and she said that she had been in the kitchen making sure the food was getting out. Horrible service.

We had a family gathering in town the weekend of the 15th & 16th of March. Before everyone departed for home which included 2 families having a 10 hour drive, a decision was made to join the IHop staff for breakfast on Sunday morning to say our goodbye's and have a good meal. A phone call was placed to IHop Saturday evening to give a heads up that there would be 24 of us joining their crew the following morning at 9am. We completely understand that IHop does not take reservations, we were just giving a curtesy notice. It was a beautiful Sunday morning, everyone was in a great mood, we all arrived on time, there wasn't a sour face in the bunch. It took about 20 minutes for an area to be set up for us to sit. As soon as we were all seated, we were introduced to the woman who choose to "deal" with our table by herself so that she would not have to split the tip, Elle? Ella? I am not exactly sure as the receipts we got back did not say. From the moment she began interacting with our group, we were met with the most unprofessional and rude waitress I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to encounter. We are not a rude and obnoxious family. We are friendly, pleasant, and always looking to make people laugh. Drinks were difficult to get refilled, we were not notified of a biscuit shortage at the start of our menu perusing which cause several people to have to change decisions on the fly, a couple of the meals came out incorrect, condiments went unfulfilled, what was brought to the tables was done so with attitude and force. One family member asked for salsa to go with his breakfast, it was brought back in a little plastic container with a lid, and tossed down on the table so hard it popped open and spilled salsa onto the table and child sitting there. Of course she tossed it and left so fast, we don't think she even had any clue, or maybe she did see and just didn't care. Either way, we did absolutely nothing to deserve being treated so poorly. There were plenty of other nice servers and staff on site that morning who were friendly. I do not understand why a larger group would get placed with the most negative server on staff. We all have bad days, but this went beyond just a bad day, we did everything to be friendly and polite.

Me and my 3 kids went to go eat here. Three tables in the entire restaurant. Our server tells us it's going to be 45 minutes before she can even take our order. We order all waters, she asks if we want to stay I asked if we can order an appetizer she said 45 min. So I look at the kids to see if they want to wait, look back at our server and she is shaking her hand at us shooing us away and says I don't have time for this. 😮😮 I've been a server and bartender and I would NEVER treat a customer this way. Terrible experience

What a joke this place is! Waited 30min, couldn't even get seated. Not that busy, 3 waitress's, not even greeted. 7 items of food on the counter to go out from the cooks, sat there at least 5min before the waitress's took them to the tables. 6 people walked out before us, will NEVER go there again!! Everyone needs to stay away from there!! It needs to be closed!!

The restaurant smelt of rotten eggs the moment you open the first set of doors. My daughter and I waited 20 mins to get a table. Whole 4 tables on one side were in use. 3 tables needed to be cleaned off. The second half had nobody but 4 employees standing around filling things. So far I counted 7 servers, 1 manager, and 5 cooks. Out of all of them 3 of them are working. Since been in the restaurant now almost 45 mins the 3 tables still haven't gotten cleaned. In the pictures I am disclosing is the table they put me at and right next to the table they put me at. This is extremely unacceptable for a restaurant!

Not gonna lie this is one of the worst IHOP's I have ever been too. Stood at the front waiting to be seated for over 10 min while being stared at by the cook who didn't say anything and the two waitresses who just kept staring as they walked right by you. So I left and went to We Too which is way better service and way better food. Avoid this IHOP!

Ordered online. Food was supposed to be ready at 11:02. At 11:15 we got our food and we were missing several items. The hostess went and told the kitchen. He returned to the kitchen ten minutes later and told them again. One of the cooks said tell someone else I’m busy. So he did. We asked to speak with the manager who we could see. She didn’t come even though she was told by two employees. 30 minutes later we get our food. I asked again to speak with a manager. She finally came over and we asked for some compensation since our food was cold. I told her I’d rather just have my money back and she said they couldn’t do that since it was an online order. Said it would take 3-4 days. She was also very rude the entire time. We won’t get our money back I’m sure. We literally had to microwave all of our food to eat any of it. My son couldn’t eat his cardboard biscuits and pancakes. So he ate re heated eggs. My bacon was so bad the dogs wouldn’t even eat it. We will never go back to ihop. It doesn’t matter what they post to this. Even if we get our money back we will never return.

Where do I start!? These Pictures show that our order should've been done by 10:33 pm. I got to the location around 10:40 pm expecting that I'll pick up the food and go. A waitress asked me about the online order, I said yes that's me. The food wasn't ready at all, she said. Then I asked when will it be done? The waitress went on to ask the cook and the cook said "I don't know!" in a mean tone. The waitress looked over to me and said it'll be about 20 minutes. I looked around the restaurant and only 2 people occupied a booth and a couple standing across me by the front door. About 15 minutes later they walked out. Nearly 45 minutes of me sitting near the entrance, the waitress walks up to me laughing. She stated that the cook did not see my order online. And I said, but y'all asked me about the order online earlier. She said well I don't know. Seems to me there is a lot of I Don't Know going around that place lol. If you asked me for my honest opinion about IHOP being a good restaurant, my reply will always be "I DON'T KNOW".. I left the location 11:30 pm.

1/20/2025 Another one: Left my steak and ate my wife’s food instead. My steak has a really weird smell, no lie. My wife lost her appetite because of the smell. Waitress just ignored us as much as she acted busy. Actually she did come by and asked how the food was. 100% she saw my steak. I have to eat my meat well done and/or overcook because of my health issues. Just paid the bill and left.
