Server was nice but good was subpar eggs were not cooked right and pancakes were cold. 6 people and breakfast cost over $100.00. will not be back

First, I never write bad reviews, but this experience was crazy. Went for breakfast and we had to keep our coats on because it was freezing. The older couple beside us who was also in coats asked if there was an issue with the heat. The waitress confirmed that yes its not working. Their food took some time and when they got it, the order was wrong. Why are they opening a restaraunt with no heat? The waitress after 20 minutes came to take our order had to walk away because the pad to do orders wasn't working. Had to pry apart the menu because it wasnt clean and the pages were stuck together.Another 15 minutes she came back later to take our order. 40 minutes later for 2 people we get our food. Mine is cold and not the same dish ingredients that I've always ordered there in the past. One couple behind us sit there for quite a long time with an infant for a high chair. They had to go ask the staff for one. Another couple got up and left since server didn't come. Same with another table, they had to go to the servers behind the counter to ask for service. Another family that literally havent even sat down yet a waitress asked what would you like to order before any menus were provided. The final, got my ticket and i had another ticket with mine and waitress said the printer wasnt working so it took awhile. Paid mine and the tip waiting to come back so the other customer couod get their ticket and making sure my card wasnt ran for both. Noone came so again like other customers i went to the line to give them this person's ticket so they could pay.This is BAD! Do better IHOP because we don't want to lose you. Seems like bad upper management and training issues both with front line and backline staff.

Went several years ago and didnt go back after multiple attemps of getting a correct order. Tried again this week and well.... it hasnt changed. Waited several minutes for hostess to seat at a dirty table and stood waiting in main aisle to be cleaned being being in the way of several other guests and servers...
An order is just a suggestion of what you may actually get served. Pancakes were Doughey in the center. They were out of sausage(how? It's breakfast food as your main subsidy). Eggs ordered were over medium, got broken and hard. Toast never made it to the table. Out of french vanilla creamer. Hasbrowns were par cooked. Bacon was thin and cold by the time it reached the table.
Over heard the next table order and they were out of several items (Mac and cheese for the kiddos and think I heard fries).
But hey they said they were under new mgmt and that the district manager was currently there doing his rounds....
Old school, ate what was given since I didn't want to wait. When asked when leaving (next time we saw our waitress. I explained and was given 10% off a 45 bill for 2 ppl. Won't be back again for atleast a few more years.

Food was not what was ordered and was cold. Ordered four eggsbacon, sausage and toast. No hash browns. Got two eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns all cold. No toast. The waitress brought toast and a $2 discount but it being cold did not taste good. Waitress was very attentive. Probably won't return.

Valinda was attentive and had a personality which made our dining experience more enjoyable. The double blueberry pancakes were great, and the omelette was good. I don’t recommend the smoked sausage however. It tasted like a spicy, low/medium grade hotdog.

I dined here on Thanksgiving evening. The crew worked very hard to serve everyone. The hostess was friendly and professional, the watresses kind, the cooks worked hard and were level-headed. Thank you for blessing our holiday with a nice meal.

I'd been craving French toast. When it came to the table I stared at it when she set it down. It looked nothing like what I'd been craving but told her that was all I needed. I googled it and found out ihop no longer has normal French toast, they now serve this super thick stuff that doesn't much resemble French toast. Everything was good except the French toast didn't taste near as good as it did when they served normal toast. I guess they can't afford a bread slicer or knife??!!
Manager has been give sane excuses about to go silverware for 3 weeks the brand not sending on the truck this a big red flag

Floors were dirty tables were dirty food was cold my wife ordered fish they had no tarter sauce wife asked for a vegetable they said they dont have them anymore prices are too high for what you get very disappointed in IHOP lost our business

I travel the country I have eaten at high hops all over the country and I've eaten at hundreds of IHOPs across this country the Enid Oklahoma IHOP must be the worst I've ever been in the server acted like we were bothered to even be there order a chicken fried steak then they come back 10 minutes later and tell me they're out of it The Big burrito that my partner got might have been a hash brown wrapped in a tortilla cost me $24 for two cups of coffee and a burrito that couldn't be eaten dial one bread out and two cups of coffee and maybe the one pain could not even eat
