There’s a big guy im assuming is the boss that I very rarely see but when I do, he’s always yelling at the employees. I plan on returning to Jimmy John’s but not this location, the food is good considering the pressure the poor employees are under with that big boss screaming over their shoulders. I asked one employee about it but was told they are not allowed to talk about it. Very upset for them.

We served a hospitality meal for the Sooner State Kennel Club dog show judges and staff was from Jimmy John's in Enid this past weekend. Sandwiches, wraps, pasta salad, potato salad, chips, brownies and cookies. It was ready when we arrived to pick it up. They included plates, napkins and plastic forks. It was a delicious meal. Would highly recommend.

I ordered online. Arrived 10 minutes later. Staff was socializing with a trio of friends. I ask for my food... the order is still on the printer.... not even looked at because people were too busy socializing. Tables are dirty. Floor is dirty and sticky with spilled soda. 3 stars because I know this isnt typical, hope it doesnt happen again. Food and service is usually great.

We just visited this location. It was hotter than heck in the restaurant. Employees sweating like crazy trying to deal with the heat in the establishment. We poured sweat trying to eat our subs. Customers walking in and asking for fans to be turned on, then to be told the manager knows about the high temps in the store and wouldn't help. He/she told the employee who called to report the extreme heat issue that they needed to call corporate which isn't open till Monday. Those employees have dedication. Id get the ACs running or your employees are going to drop like flies from a heat stroke. The food was good, customer service was good even though you can tell they were all drained completely. Take care of your employees and they'll take care of you. Hope the issue is fixed soon.

Iam a regular The enid Oklahoma location is loaded with friendly helpful fun people. They are always well staffed and very efficient with every order. The food is always fresh. I love the fact that they toast the subs now. Iam just waiting in them to make a steak and cheese announcement.

When my husband and I walked into the Enid, Ok. Location, there was 1 young employee sitting on the counter abd they were all jacking their jaws about inappropriate subject matter. Nonstop. Even while taking our order, While making our order. Got the order and the sandwiches are labeled incorrectly. And one sandwich that was supposed to have avacado on it, abd did not. I approached the counter and asked if this particular sandwich was supposed to have it.... she Said yes . So I Said it doesn't have it. And the one one the line said so, more avacado? I say, well its not there so it isn't more... I'm just asking for the avacado.. period. Mistakes happen but when they happen because you're more worried about gossip.. that's a problem.
