We just visited this location. It was hotter than heck in the restaurant. Employees sweating like crazy trying to deal with the heat in the establishment. We poured sweat trying to eat our subs. Customers walking in and asking for fans to be turned on, then to be told the manager knows about the high temps in the store and wouldn't help. He/she told the employee who called to report the extreme heat issue that they needed to call corporate which isn't open till Monday. Those employees have dedication. Id get the ACs running or your employees are going to drop like flies from a heat stroke. The food was good, customer service was good even though you can tell they were all drained completely. Take care of your employees and they'll take care of you. Hope the issue is fixed soon.

The enid Oklahoma location is loaded with friendly helpful fun people. They are always well staffed and very efficient with every order. The food is always fresh. I love the fact that they toast the subs now. Iam just waiting in them to make a steak and cheese announcement.

When my husband and I walked into the Enid, Ok. Location, there was 1 young employee sitting on the counter abd they were all jacking their jaws about inappropriate subject matter. Nonstop. Even while taking our order, While making our order. Got the order and the sandwiches are labeled incorrectly. And one sandwich that was supposed to have avacado on it, abd did not. I approached the counter and asked if this particular sandwich was supposed to have it.... she Said yes . So I Said it doesn't have it. And the one one the line said so, more avacado? I say, well its not there so it isn't more... I'm just asking for the avacado.. period. Mistakes happen but when they happen because you're more worried about gossip.. that's a problem.

I will no longer be going to subway. Jimmy John's sandwiches are way better. An the people that work there are very very polite. Oh an the never run out of bread. Jimmy John's is my spot from here on out. Thank you guys at Jimmy's John's.

I really like Jimmy John's bread and I usually go in and buy several loafs of it when I make various types of sandwiches for my family. Today I went in and was told that I can now only purchase 2 because someone was buying all their day old bread and making sandwiches to sell with it. I understood that a person could make a quick buck doing that because they sell their day old so cheap, so I asked if I could get 2 day old and 4 of the fresh that are considerably more expensive. I was then told it was only 2 total. I decided to leave without the bread at that point. There is a huge difference between someone buying a reasonable amount and buying all that you have available. 2 isn't enough for a family of five. Until they can figure out how to not punish their honest customers for the wrong doing of another individual, I guess I just won't be going back there for anything.

I order delivery frequently but tonight they may have just lost my business. Ordered online at 6:30pm , called at 7 was told out for delivery, they said had 1 driver with 8 orders. Called at 7:30, they looked up my address said I was 3rd delivery. At 8 I went elsewhere and got food the driver FINALLY showed up but alas it was too late I told her to take sandwich back. If I was 3rd and it took an hour to get to me I feel sorry for the 5 remaining orders after mine. Just glad I didn't use my card tonight and was going to pay cash. Guess I'll delete the app..

I have been here everyday for a week and I’ll be here for 2 more days til I leave- the absolute best service from entire staff but Erica and most definitely katelynn have just been a joy - it’s spotless and they make coming in so welcoming- I wish I could take them back with me to our jimmy johns- they need this kind of staff!!

Walked in the store & ordered my sandwich. While waiting for my food I look behind the counter & there’s a sign that says… ā€œALL delivery drivers must have a car topper on their car or lose $1.00 per hour of payā€ Wow, That can’t be company policy. That’s pretty low life. Must be a great company to work for… A company that screws their employees is not one I want to do business with. And by the way, the sandwich was really good.
